Manual For the TCS-SG Desktop Application

Notice: TCS can only download and work with permissions approved.

1. Install
Website: https://tcs-sg.bytelemon.com/worktable/download
if the link is not working pls inform us.

(1).Click ‘Lark’, enter the email address you provided us to log in.

(2).Click ‘Download TCS’

(3).Once downloaded, open the install package.


If a warring page call up as shown below, please click the ‘More info’ --> ‘Run Anyway’
(4).Select the place to store the files first, then click the ‘Install’, once finished, please
chose ‘Finish’, and the app is installed on the computer.

For Mac:
Once installed, when open the TCS desktop, a pop-pup window would appear as below.
Please choose ‘Open’.

While opening the desktop app after installation, if the pop-pup window is shown as
below, it indicates you’re your computer is restricted to open the apps not from the APP
Store. You can change the setting following this process: Mac --> System Preferences -
-> Security&Privacy --> General --> 'Click the lock to make changes' --> you can either
use Touch ID or Password --> change to 'allowed apps downloaded from 'App Store
and identified developers'
2. Login
(1) Open ‘TCS’ from your desktop.

(2) Set business area: Click "Settings" under the "...", choose business line to "Other".

(3). ‘User Terms of Service’ and ‘TCS Privacy Policy’ will show up, click ‘Accept’ to sign
and continue. ‘User Terms of Service’ and ‘TCS Privacy Policy’ only need to be signed
once. They will not show again in later versions.
(4).Choose the network domain first, please choose ‘Business Partner’.

(5).For the ‘Business Partner’ domain, sign in with Lark, enter the email address you
provided us to log in and complete the verification.
After login, you can start moderate and QA as before.

3. Start working

(1). Search queue ID in the search box

(2). Subscribe the queue for convenience

(3). Click ‘Moderate’ to start work.
