1. Prepares quarterly report (March, June, September)
2. Prepares annual report (December)
3. Prepares terminal report of completed research
studies/ extension projects.
D. Human Relations (20%)
1. Maintains smooth interpersonal relationship with
fellow workers.
2. Maintains smooth interpersonal relationship with
the community.
3. Willing to assume responsibility and exudes
honesty in his / her work.
4. Maximizes the utilization of resources and explores
approaches at his / her initiatives and
innovativeness.
5. Establishes linkages.
