BACKGROUND

Economic development in a country is the goal of

business activities. Business activities are required to be

more aware of the global economy. This is motivation

so that people who carry out business activities work

more advanced and can create a good country's

economy so that they can compete with other countries.

This goal can be achieved if the people who run the

business are skilled human resources who carry out

activities in their fields. The existence of skilled human

resources will create quality human resources that can

solve all economic problems.

For higher education, the implementation of education

and teaching is not enough only to be carried out on

campus but also requires experience outside the campus

as a refinement. The implementation of education on

campus is focused on developing creativity, providing

basic skills, and developing academic knowledge.

Therefore, students need to observe directly the


implementation of the sciences studied in accordance

with the mission of business administration, which

In human resource development, the term

apprenticeship is known as part of training. The

internship is an academic activity (extracurricular)

carried out by students by doing practical work directly

at institutions/agencies that are relevant to the education

that students take in lectures. The form of activity

carried out is practical work by participating in all

activities at the internship location. By doing this

internship, it is hoped that you can gain direct

knowledge about human resource activities, services,

and operational processes.

GENERAL PURPOSE

From this Business Practice Class, it is hoped that a

report can be prepared showing that the student

concerned gains experience and absorbs practical

insight in a real work environment, and has the

sensitivity to business problems, opportunities, and

challenges.
SPECIAL PURPOSE

 Gain many insights and broaden knowledge, especially

REQUIREMENTS
1. Students who have achieved a minimum of 80 credits.
2. Register by filling out the KRS at the Guardian Lecturer
3. The chosen Company must be under the field of study
being studied.
4. Especially for International Undergraduate Program (IUP)

students, internships carried out in multinational


companies or operate/serve the international market.
