SEC 1 – TEACHERS SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT THEY APPLY THE LEGITIMATE POLICIES OF THE
CHOOL OR ADMINISTRATION. IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL TO CAMPAIGN AGAINST A CERTAIN
POLICY OF THE SCHOOL WHICH HE DISAGREES. IF HE SEES INCONSISTENCY OR IRREGULAITIES
THEN THE TEACHER SHOULD REPORT IT TO THE APPROPRIATE BODY. ALL POLICIES SHOULD
STRICTLY FOLLOWED TO AVOID CHAOS. WE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL AND AWARE TO
POLICIES BECAUSE OUR IGNORANCE TO THIS WOUL NEVER EXCUSE US.
SEC 2 – FALSE ACCUSATIONS, TEACHER SHOULD NEVER FALL TO FALSE ACCUSATIONS OR
FABRICATE STORIES AGAINST SUPERIORS. THAT IS UNETHICAL, BUT IF YOUR ACCUSATIONS
HAVE SUPPORTIVE EVIDENCES THEN YOU CAN RAISE IT TO AUTHORITIES.

SCHOOL. THRU DEMOCARATIC PROCESS. AGAINST UNPROFESSIONALISM, BIAS. AND ETC.
BUT IF WE DO IT, WE SHOULD AVOID TO THREATEN THE WELFARE OF THE STUDENTS.
WELFARE OF THE STUDENTS IS OUR PRIORITIY. BUT IS IT OKAY TO JOIN RALLIES? YES, WE
CAN, ITS OKAY BUT WHEN WE DO IT, WE SHOULD NOT RISK THE WELFARE OF OUR
STUDENTS. WE DO IT PROFESSIONALY.
SEC 5 – EVERY TEACHER HAS RIGHT TO USE APPOINTMENT FOR EXAMPLE IS WHEN YOUR
PRINCIPAL WANTS TO SEND YOU FOR A SEMINAR IN MINDANAO AND YOURE FROM LUZON,
YOU HAVE RIGHT TO SAY NO, PROMOTION ALSO IS OUR RIGHT AS LONG AS WE HAVE THE
ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS. WE CAN ALSO ASK FOR A TRANSFER. BILANG
PANGANGAILANGAN SA SERVICE. SAD REALITIES ARE HAPPENING NOWADAYS, TEACHERS
ARE BEING PROMOTED NOT BECAUSE OF THE KNOWLEDGE THEY KNOW, NOT BECAUSE OF
THEIR CAPACITIES BUT BECAUSE WHOM YOU KNOW. THE REAL ESSENCE OF RANKING
MOSTLY ISNT BEING FOLLOWED. OTHERS ARE PROMOTED BECAUSE OF TITLES, OTHERS ARE
PROMOTED BECAUSE OF NO CHOICE.
SEC 6 – ONCE A TEACHER ACCEPTS A POSITION, HE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION, THE LIMITATIONS SHOULD BE OBSERVED AND THEN
EXAMINE, IF YOU THINK YOU CANNOT DO THE RESPONSIBILITY, THEN DECLINE, IF NO CHOICE
THEN STUDY FOR YOU TO BE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE.

- PRIORITIZING LEARNERS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
- TEACHERS MUST BE PROPERLY MOTIVATED TO WORK TO GO TO CHOOL, TO DEAL WITH
EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY MUST BE GUIDED AS TO WHAT IS TO BE DONE
NEXT, AS REGARDS TO THE DIRECTION OF THE SCHOOL. THEY SHOULD BE MENTORED
SO THAT THEY CAN ENHANCE THEIR POTENTIALS, THEY MUST BE PROPERLY LED TO BE
CONFIDENT.
- SCHOOL MUST BE PROPERLY RUN FOR IT TO BE CONDUCIVE IN LEARNING. THERE
SHOULD BE NO BULLYING, INJUSTUCES, IMPROPER TREATMENT. IF THE
ADMINISTRATORS ARE GOOD, EVERYTHING FOLLOWS.
SEC 2 – THESE POLICIES SHOULD BE COLLABORATIVE EFFORT, POLICIES SHOULD ADDRESSED
ISSUES AND CHANGES TO THE SCHOOL SYSTEM. WE SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID OF CHANGE. LIKE
MATHAMMA GHANDI, BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD, BE THE LIGHT.
SEC 3 – SCHOOL OFFICIALS SHOULD BE VERY VOCAL IN SUPPORTING PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
YOU COMMEND OOD PERFORMANCE, YOU RECOGNIZE EFFORTS. WHEN ATTENDING
SEMINARS, TEACHERS SHOULD BE PARTICIPATIVE NOT ONLY ATTENING BECAUSE OF
CERTIFICATES.
SEC 4 - SCHOOL OFFICIALS ARENT ALLOWED TO RECOMMEND DISMISSAL UNLESS THERE IS A
REPUTABLE CAUSE. BUT THERE ARE OFFICIALS THAT FABRCATES STORIES JUST TO GET RID OF
THE TEACHER.
SEC 5 – TEACHES SHOULD BE EMPLOYED BASED ON RANKING NOT ON WRONGKING.

Code of ethics help teachers create a safe, productive, and positive learning
environment in their teaching career. Teachers are expected to maintain challenging
expectations that will improve the potential of all learners through meaningful and
inclusive participation in the classroom, school, and community. The Ethical
Principles promote good relationships between teachers, students, and parents when
making educational decisions. In addition, this relationship between the students, the
parents, and the teachers, all parties can improve the teaching and learning activities
and resources that will help improve the outcome of the individual’s education.
Moreover, the Code of Ethics also challenges teachers to use current data and
professional knowledge to improve teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
Keeping up with new trends and current information, through professional
development and continuing education, allow teachers to do their best to each student.

Suffice it to say, I will keep my plan to run and own a school. A school that focuses
on spiritual value and social awareness in the society through the government
curriculum. Later this school is expected to outcome students to be not only intelligent
outside but also inside through their spiritual growth. I will just do it and see what will
be happened next.
