Sub: Reply to suspension order.

Respected Chairman ,
I am writing you to explain my position concerning the suspension order, which I
received through General Secretary CSS under your seal and signature.
I maintained distance from CSS out of compelling reasons which I highlighted multiple times
within the society but no heed was paid and my concern regarding the work culture and
conduct of few members was overlooked always.
To mention here, my first concern is the affiliation of CSS members with rival organisations
thus undermining the constitution of CSS. Those members are sailing on two boats and of
course they will not be able to reach anywhere. Observing insincerity of members and the
attitude of those who could have make them answerable shattered my belief.
Secondly, lack of unity among members prevalent within CSS, defeats the very purpose of
forming any organisation or group, as it is the essence and fundamental for every group to
have common consensus and unity among members over issues but that lacuna was never
addressed by the core group as they could have by issuing strict guidelines.
Thirdly, I observed it a lot of times rather always that certain members lack manners and at
times they behave with members in a way that is not acceptable. Again this was ignored ,
giving them free hands to humiliate other members.
In the view of above mentioned reasons which caused me to distance myself from CSS and
provide me a firm ground to establish Welfare society Sopore to reach the people of Sopore.
who have always suffered due to lack of representation and sometimes due to lack of sincere
and trustworthy representatives. The suffocation in CSS has led to change my mind as I was
barred from doing things, when things come into conflict with the personal interests of some
greedy people. Welfare Society Sopore though established in Sopore with the support of
Soporians, will work for whole Kashmir with the will of Almighty Allah in the near future.
Our aim is to reach all those who call us for any kind of help from across J&K, so people
should not get confused especially those who are talking of establishing new forums as
against Welfare Society Sopore. For the welfare of our people I will always support CSS in
my capacity but having a different point of view on issues does not make anyone traitor,
rather having healthy debate on issues to come to the conclusion or concensus is the way
forward in such situations.
Hope you will take serious note of all the reasons I have pointed out, so that things may not
repeat again in future.
