Job Title: HSE Supervisor Purpose
Purpose: To concerned with the application of the provisions of the Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and
the Environment Law No. 4 of 1994, including the conduct of risk assessment and
analysis for all workplaces and the implementation of the emergency and firefighting
plan with the training of personnel and ensure the application of all safety and health
requirements at work by workers and Investigating accidents and work injuries, and
always applying the occupational safety and health program in the establishment
Gender: Male
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: Min 5 years of experience is a similar position
Responsibility: Report any data integrity observations to the HOD to take the desired corrective action
Report any gaps and/or desired improvements in existing procedures to the HOD to take the
desired corrective action
Periodic traffic on workplaces and identification of inherent risks
Identify all activities in the factory and all production processes (raw materials -
intermediates - final product - hazardous materials and waste) and take the necessary
precautions to prevent potential risks
Making the necessary environmental measurements within the work environment
Perform risk analysis of various jobs within the company and know their characteristics and
sources and ways to expose workers to their risks and their effects on the health and safety
of employees
Fill in the statistical forms for work injuries, occupational diseases, chronic and ordinary and
serious accidents
Follow-up the work of pest control with the specialized control company
Participate in the development of technical specifications for equipment, devices and tasks
of personal protection and verify their effectiveness and suitability to the nature of the work
Follow-up health care.
Industrial waste management
Training of workers in firefighting and rescue
Follow-up entry and exit of construction companies
Application of occupational safety and health requirements in implementation of the Labor
Law
