This declaration is to confirm that you can use the
machine correctly. Operation manual and equipment will
be handed over to users together.
您有责任确认本设备的操作者将会严格按照使用
说明书工作。
Your responsibility is to confirm that operators of the
equipment will work in strict accordance with operation
manual.
如果按照随机操作手册的要求正确使用，并且设
备所有的安全设施能够得到正确维护处于正常工作状
况，设备将不会出现任何危险。
If correct use of the machine is performed according
to requirement of operation manual attached to the
machine and all safety measures of the equipment are
maintained correctly and at the state of normal work, the
equipment will not have any danger.
使用说明，图纸，表格，和其他内容都是技术和
机密的。因此，这些资料的任何内容不得复制和传播，

The manual is one component part of the machine.

This means that when the machine is transferred or sold, it
should be attached to the machine. The manual must be
kept at wok site so that work staffs for operation,
installation, start and maintenance of the equipment can
use it at any time.

从安装日(按照我公司技术人员填写的安装报告)起开
始生效.没有安装报告时按照官方运输单上的交货日
期起开始生效.
The said warranty clause includes the standard of

date of installation (subject to installation report filled
in by technician of our company). The warranty takes

六、设备描述
VI、Equipment Description
XQ120 智能钢筋自动剪切机器人是 TJK 公司在吸
取国外先进经验、先进技术的基础上，结合国内实际
生产需要而进行研制、生产的钢筋加工生产线。该设
备可将热轧Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级带肋钢筋进行高质量剪切、
输送、存储及加工，并将各加工工序形成 PLC 控制的
自动加工流水线。

XQ120 smart rebar shear robot is developed and

produced by TJK by taking overseas advanced
experience and advanced technology and based on
actual productions of domestic market. The machine
realizes high-quality cutting, conveying, storing and
processing of hot-rolled grade I, II and III ribbed wires
and develop different processing procedures to be PLC
automatic processing lines.
该设备采用多级齿轮和飞轮结构，可以快速切断
钢筋；设备结构紧凑，占地面积小，传统链式传动的
采用，维护简单方便.链轨式放料架，下料方便。
This machine uses multi-step gear and flywheel
structure to realize quick cutting of wire; the machine is
featured with compact structure, small land area,
traditional chain drive, and easy and convenient
maintenance. The track-mounted feed shelf enables
convenient blanking.
本机经精心设计、周密计划和制造。用以将预先
切断的钢筋进行各种方向的成型加工。
This machine is designed and produced meticulously
and works to process cut wires in all directions.

本机不能在露天使用，而只能用于封闭的工业环
境，并且有保护不受天气影响。使用环境要有利于机
器存放。
Warning!
Equipment can’t be used and stored outdoor, which
only can be used in the closed industrious environment,
and should be kept away from weather. The environment
should be good to store the machine.

整个成型循环由一位工作在安全区域的操作员控
制，操作人员的劳动量最小。

The whole shearing cycle is controlled by an operator
working in the safe area, which minimize the labor
amount of such operator.

棒材上料和成型钢筋卸料为自动型。使用控制系
统”（控制计算机）大大简化了机器操作员的工作，将

Automatic rebar loading and discharging of finished
wires are realized here. Using of the control system
(“control computer”) simplified work of the operator
greatly and relieve the operator from tedious computation.

1.1 放料架

介绍：放料架长度 11390mm，工作宽度 1620mm，距
地面距离 1230mm，8 条链条组成滑道。

工作原理：由钢结构支架、气缸、链条、挂钩
等组成。将整捆的钢筋放在放料架上，将钢筋破捆，
在人工的控制下将适当数量（剪切能力允许）的钢
筋摆放在滑道上，再使滑道正向转动，把钢筋送到
挂钩处由电控开关控制气缸收缩状态，随着挂钩的
下移钢筋落入送料架。当工作状态为钢筋装料时，
由于为高空作业，操作工人必须系好安全带且佩戴
安全帽。
Working principle: the payoff rack consists of
the steel-structure stand, cylinder, chains and hooks.
Put the bundled wire on the payoff rack and unbundle
the wire. Put proper amount of wire (allowed by the
cutting capacity) on the slide way as controlled by
manual. Make the slide way rotate forward and
deliver the wire to the hook place. Use the electrical
control switch to control the stretching and
withdrawal of wire. Along with downward moving of
hooks, the wire falls into the feed rack. For the
purpose of safety, it is required that the operator
shall tie up the safety belt and put on safety
helmet when the work state is feeding wire.
1.2 送料架送料架

介绍：长度 11800mm，工作宽度 760mm，工作高
度 905mm，辊轮间距 0.3～1 米。

工作原理：由钢结构支架，传送辊轮，链条，
电机等组成。为了保证轨道上的钢筋处于剪切机刀
片的工作范围内，送料架比剪切主机的进料口高出
5mm。该机构由旋转胶辊带动钢筋送入剪切主机。

工作原理：由箱体、电机、飞轮、动力传动机
构等组成。为了保证钢筋顺利送入剪切机并达到剪
切时的稳固性，剪切机前部设有一个托辊装置，其
后部设有一个压紧装置。

flywheel and the power train. To guarantee that the
wire can be fed into the cutting engine smoothly and

该系统由钢结构支架、钢筋定尺翻料挡板、钢筋传

如图所示，钢筋定尺翻料挡板及钢筋传送辊轮
安装在钢结构支架上，移动机构可以驱动钢结构支架
移动，从而得到剪切钢筋精确的尺寸。钢筋定尺翻
料挡板具有上下移动的功能（如图 7），用于钢筋定尺移动机构

及双向翻料。相邻的定尺翻料挡板之间具有恒定值
(用 S 来表示)。若剪切的钢筋长度不是 S 的整数倍图 6 出料架
时，当定尺翻料挡板在相应的 S 整数倍位置上升起 Figure 6 the discharge

As shown in the drawing, the wire sizing
turnover baffle and the wire conveying roller are
mounted on the steel-structure rack and the moving
mechanism can drive the steel-structure stand to

move and thus precise size of the cutting wire can be

obtained. The wire sizing and turnover baffle is 右边翻料挡板
capable to move up and down (as shown in Figure 7) Right turnover baffle
and thus realizes sizing and double-way turnover of
wires. There is constant value (represented as S)
between the two neighboring sizing and turnover
baffle. If length of the wire to be cut is not integral
multiples of S, the moving mechanism can drive the
sizing baffle to move to the residual value (the cut
length then is the desired value) when the sizing
baffle rises at corresponding location (integral 图 7 定尺及双向翻料
multiples of S). The sizing baffle controls rise and Figure 7 thus realizes sizing and
fall of the air cylinder through stretching and double-way turnover
withdrawal of such cylinder.
注意!
为了保证定尺钢筋长度的准确，要注意回参限位的正确，并且要经常保持定
尺翻料挡板的清洁，使其无铁销、纸屑、灰尘等物质，而且必须保持良好的润滑。
Caution!
To guarantee precise length of the cut length, it is a must that the resetting
limit shall be correct. Furthermore, keep clean the sizing and turnover baffle from
iron scraps, paper scraps or dusts and keep it well lubricated.
1.4.2 钢筋传送辊道：

该辊道长 12940mm，工作宽度 620mm，距地面
距离 920mm，辊轮间距 0.25～0.5 米。由电机驱动
并受中央控制系统程序控制传动。

2 气路系统
2 The Air Circuit System
本 XQ120 智能钢筋自动剪切机器人气路系统
中放料、剪切主机上顶托辊及压紧装置、出料架上
下移动、挡板定位、挡板翻料等动作均采用压缩空
气为动力源，各部分工作压力可以单独控制，用户
可按各部分需要的压力大小来调整压力阀，顺时针
旋转为增压，逆时针旋转为减压。气路系统主要有
以下几部分组成：
In the XQ120 smart rebar shear robot, actions
including up-jacking of roller and the compressing
device by the payoff and the cutting engine; the
moving up and down of the discharging rack, baffle
locating and baffle turning-over are all powered by
the compressed air. Working pressure of the machine
components can be controlled independently. The
user can adjust the pressure valve according to actual
pressure needs. Turning the valve clockwise is to
increase pressure and anticlockwise is to reduce
pressure. The air circuit system mainly consists of

1、上刀片调整到最高点的位置。
I、Adjust the upper cutter to the highest point.
2、按图把刀片固定在下刀座上，拧紧螺母,牢固固定刀片。
II、Fix the cutter on the lower cutter holder as instructed in the drawing. Screw
up the nut and tightly fix the blade.

3、将刀座垫板和下刀座安放与箱体内的相应位置，初步拧入固定刀座的螺
栓 M18×120（包括平、弹垫圈），但不完全拧到位；初步安装刀座调节螺栓 M20
×100 及紧固螺母 M20。
III、Put the cutter holder sub-plate and the lower cutter holder at corresponding
place inside the box. Roughly screw up the bolt M18x20 (including the flat and the
spring washers) of the fixed cutter holder but not so tightly; install the cutter holder
adjusting bolt M20x100 and the set nut M20 primarily.
4、转动大飞轮（手盘动或电机带动），让上刀片处于最低点的位置。
IV、Rotate the big flywheel (by hand-operated disc or by the motor) to make the
upper blade at the lowest point.
5、观察上下刀片之间的间隙，用塞尺测量其数值，太大或太小均需要调整。
V、Observe gap between the upper and the lower blades with feeler gauge and
adjust the gap if too big or too small.
6、调节刀座调节螺栓 M20×100，带动下刀座向前或向后，用塞尺测量上下
刀片之间的间隙，使其间隙在 0.3～0.6mm 之间，并保证两刀片平行。
VI、Adjust the cutter holder adjustment bolt M20x100 to drive the lower cutter
holder move forward or backward. Measure gap between the upper and the lower
blades with feeler gauge and control such gap between 0.3-0.6mm to make the two
blades parallel to each other.
7、紧固刀座的螺栓 M18×120 和调节螺栓 M20×100，把下刀座牢固地固定
在箱体中。
VII、Fasten the bolt M18x120 and the adjustment bolt M20x100 of the fixed
cutter holder and fix the lower cutter holder in the box.

Electrostatic discharge is very dangerous after power
supply of the equipment is cut. After the equipment is
disconnected with power, there are five minutes for
electrostatic discharge. The equipment should not operate
during the process. In addition, the equipment is hot when
it runs. Do not touch it to prevent scald. Rotary component
will still rotate for a while due to inertia after power supply
is disconnected. Before rotary components stop rotating,
operators should not touch them to avoid personal injury.

does harm to related workers, and may lead to equipment

必须严格遵守本说明书中的安全事项和操作规范。
To ensure the personal safety of related workers and
right use of equipment, do be strict to follow the rules of
safety notes and operational rules in the instructions.
不熟练的操作人员使用该设备容易引起事故，造成
人员或机器损伤；因此，在使用该设备之前，有关人员
必须接受培训。
The operating workers who are not familiar with the
equipment will be easy to cause accident, leading to
workers getting hurt and machines broken. So the related

必须打磨光滑圆整，接口截面尺寸不得大于钢筋的截面

greasy dirt, rust on the rebar surface. The welding rebar
usually can't be used, if it has to to used, the joint has to be
smooth and round, and its sectional area can't be over the

3. 将配电盘上的开关断开（ Switch off the

cutting, collision, traction and “residual risks” in these

(operators included) during running of the machine.

to curiosity, or grasp the wire being processed until it falls
down. To cut down the time required to collect wires (or
for any other reason), please don’t enter the working area
of the running machine until all the consecutive work
procedures are finished.

When detecting the noise, noise generated from mutual
collision of wires falling down because such noise is not
noise of the machine. Also, when measuring the noise,
shutdown of the machine when replacing tools or making
adjustments in daily work, because these operations will
greatly cut down the average noise level.

worker of equipment maintenance has to check up the
machine and find out the reasons. When the problems are
solved out, the equipment can be used again. If fuse is
switched on, which will do harm to the operating workers
and equipment.

When the equipment is working, don’t touch the
dynamo and cylinder, and the rebar being processed.

起吊重量要有一定的余额，因为该设备吊装时最重的部
分为 3.5 吨，所以必须采用额定起吊重量大于等于 5 吨
的起重设备，起吊工具选择不当会造成严重的事故。

Use appropriate lifting equipment when the equipment
needs to be moved. Certain balance for the rated lifting
weight is necessary, because when hoisting the equipment,
its heaviest part is 3.5 tons, so rated lifting weight must
greater than 5 tons of the lifted equipment. Improper lifting
tool may cause serious accident.

When the work is done, put all the tools back to the
tool storage room, and by doing this, it is helpful to manage
the tools and reduce the accidents. Clean the extra
lubricating oil and other oils in time, in case of making the
steel dirty and fire accident. Clean the iron chips and waste
materials in time, and put them together for reclamation in
case of hurting workers and affecting the production.

control console faces toward the open top container, move it to
the door by ways of left-right shaking and rotating. When it is
close to the door, demount it and put it in the working area.Tie up
the control console on the cargo platform and cut off the packing
strings to unpack the console.

sharp and the gap between the upper and the lower cutters
satisfy design requirements. The quantity of cutting wire
shall be 50% of that listed above if the blade is abraded.

间隙值为 0.3mm ; 当钢筋直径为 28-38mm 范围内，间

Gap between the upper and the lower cutters shall be

the upper and the lower cutters complies with requirements
during cutting process, or the blade will be abraded or even
interior of the cutting engine will be damaged or its service
life will be shortened.

building with good ventilation for use.

在完成以下操作之前，禁止将设备连接到主电源上：
1）检查电源是否和设备要求相符。
2）安装之前必须详细阅读前面的安全事项。
3）本设备安装要求详见设备安装图。
4）安装之前用户应准备好符合设备要求的电源等
生产条件。
5）设备周围应留足够的人行通道，便于操作和设备
维护。
6）操作台操作人员必须侧对或正对设备，这样可以
注意到设备
的生产情况，一旦有意外情况发生便于采取措施。
7）电源线到主机之间的连接电缆应分别用绝缘管
包住，埋在地
下，以防生产过程中发生危险。控制柜到主机之间的控
制线要和变压器的动力线尽量远离，减少干扰。

V) Pedestrian path shall be preserved surrounding

VI) Operator of operation platform must face
equipment directly or
broadside so as to notice operation of equipment and take
actions when accident occurs.
VII) Connection cable between power wire and main
engine shall be
covered by insulation tube respectively and buried
underground to avoid danger in production process. Control
lines between control cabinet and main engine shall keep
away as far as possible from power lines of transformer to
reduce interference.
十三、设备的启动与停车
XIII、Start and Stop the Machine
紧急停车(Emergency stop)
立即(Immediately)
当出现不正常的或者是危险的情况时使用红色的急
停开关停止设备。
Use the red emergency stop button to stop the machine
in case of abnormality or dangers.
1）要重新启动设备，抬起急停开关。
I) To re-start the machine, uplift the emergency stop
button.
正常停车(Normal stop)
为了更换零件停车(Stop to replace parts)
更换零件过程中把“手动-编程-自动.”开关拧到
“编程”位置，并且拔掉钥匙，由个人保管好。这样确
保设备不会动作，而不需要关掉电源。实际上这时虽然
设备没有断电但是设备的动作功能被暂时禁止了。这种
情况下，可以进行编程操作。
Turn the “Man/Prog/Aut” switch to “Prog” and
pull out and keep the keys when replacing the parts, so that
the machine will not act without turning off the power
supply. In fact, although the machine isn’t powered off,
functions of the machine are temporarily stopped.
Programming can be done in such conditions.

2) 结束生产循环和换班
II) End the production cycle and change shifts
当任务加工完成时，自动结束生产循环，因此操作
员不必进行任何干涉。
The production cycle ends automatically when the
processing task finishes and no interference from the
operator is required.
当前钢筋加工结束后，如果有必要停止生产循环时，
将“手动-编程-自动”选择器转到编程位置。将“开/
关”选择器转转到关。最后，将主开关转到“0” （关）。
If it is necessary to end the production cycle when
processing of the current wire finishes, turn the
“Man/Prog/Aut” switch to “Prog”. Turn the
“On/Off” switch to Off. Finally, turn the main switch to
“0” (Off)
3) 长期停用机器
III) The machine shall be idle for long time
按照前一节“因为换班而停车”所述办法。
Follow the method described in “Stop to Change
Shifts”.

Cut off all the power supply.
进行设备清洁、润滑、维护等操作。
Carry out cleaning, lubrication and maintenance
operation of the machine.

避免设备未使用时间超过30天，以防计算机数据丢
失。要重新启动机器，重新接好气源和电源。然后按“启
动”章节中的方法从步骤1开始。
Note!
Don’t make the machine idle for longer than 30 days,
or the computer data will be lost.To re-start the machine,
well connect the air supply and the power supply and then
following the methods described in “Start” from step 1.

检查电机转向
要检查电机转动方向，只需简单检查辊道电机的旋
转方向。
1.将主开关转到位置“1”，打开机器。
2.将控制面板上电源开关（2）转到位置“开”。

3.检查控制面板上急停按钮（1）是否按下，如果是，
旋转拔出。
4.按下点动按键，辊道辊轴应向固定方向转动。
5.如果不是：
A-将电源键转到“关”。
B-将主开关转到“0”位（关）。
C-断开机器电源。
D-倒换两相（见图）。
当电机沿正确方向旋转时，按上述步骤重新为机器
提供电源。
将手动/编程/自动选择器转到“手动”位置。
Caution!
Check whether the machine is fully lubricated
according to methods described in the chapter
“Lubrication”.
Check rotation direction of the motor.
To check rotating direction of the motor, you need only
to check rotating direction of the roller motor.
I. Turn the main switch to “1” to start the machine.
II. Turn the system power key-switch (2) on the control
console to be “ON”.
III. Check whether the emergency stop button (1) on
the control console is pressed down, if do, pull it out.
IV. Press the JOG button to check whether the roller
way rotates in correct direction.
V. If not,
A-Turn the power switch to “OFF”
B-Turn the main switch to “0” (Off)
C-Cut off power supply to the machine.
D-Change over the two phases (see the diagram)
If the motor rotates in correct direction, power on the
machine again in above steps.
Turn the Manual/Prog./Auto switch to “Manual”.
十四、设备的使用和操作
XIV、Use and Operate the Machine
1.设备长期不用时要注意以下几点:
I. Pay attention to the following points when the
equipment does not use for a long time:
a. 排净气路中剩余的气体；
a. Vent out residual air in the air circuit;
b. 使设备各零件处于非工作状态；

d. 把控制柜和操作台锁上，钥匙由专人保管；
d. Lock the control cabinet and manipulation platform,
and the key is kept by specially-assigned person；
e. 设备容易生锈的地方涂上防锈油；
e. Have anti-rust oil for parts which are tend to rust；
f. 用塑料布把设备盖好。
f. Well cover the machine with plastic cloth.
2.设备在使用前应注意以下几点:

a. 检查各电器线路开关是否正常；

e. 设备各润滑点加入润滑油。
e. Add lubricating oil to the machine firstly.
3.设备在运行过程中应注意以下几点:

a. 当供电总开关闭合后要将控制柜门锁上，防止有
人意外触电，控制柜和操作台的钥匙要由专人保管；
a. When the main power supply switch is closed, lock
up the door of the control cabinet to prevent unexpected
electric shock; key of the control cabinet and the control
console shall be kept by specific person;
b. 任何时间都要牢记不得把人身的任何部位以及
其它任何非切断钢筋物质放在下切刀上面；
b. Be careful that don’t put any part of your body and
other non-wires on the lower cutter.
c. 当气动系统正在动作时，禁止调节或维修其零
件；气路中尚存有压缩空气时，不要对气路系统进行维
修或拆卸；
c. When the pneumatic system is working, don’t
adjust or repair any part of such system; when there is still

compressed air in the air circuit, don’t disassemble or repair

the air system;
d. 无论是空载还是负载运行时，都要注意设备（尤
其是剪切主机）有无异常声响；
d. Check whether there is any abnormal sound from
the machine (especially the cutting machine) no matter the
machine is running with or without load;
e. 车间内所有人员头上都应该配戴安全帽。
e. All the people inside the workshop shall put on
safety helmet.
4. 生产操作：
IV. Operate the machine:
机器的运行分为手动﹑自动二种方式。
The machine can be operated in two ways: manual and
automatic.
1）手动（Manual）
将控制台上的方式选择按钮扳到“手动”的位置即处
于手动工作方式。此方式下启动﹑停止按钮无效。手动
方式下的按钮动作如下：
Turn the option switch on the control console to
“Manual” and the machine will run in manual mode. In
this condition, the start/stop button doesn’t work. Actions
of buttons in the manual mode are as follows:
定尺板：可以操作各个定尺板的抬起、放下；（配合
屏上选择使用）
Sizing plate: control the up and down of each sizing
plate (use together with the option switch on the panel)
剪切：包括剪切所有动作；
Cutting: include all cutting actions;
夹紧：可以操作夹紧气缸夹紧/松开；(屏按钮)
Clamp: control clamping/loosing of the clamping
cylinder (screen button)
拖轮：可以操作拖轮上下；(屏按钮)
Tug wheel: control up and down of the tug wheel
(screen button)
切刀：可以操作切刀一个往复行程；(屏按钮)
Cutter: control the cutter to travel back and forth
(screen button)
送料电机启动：可以操作送料电机；
Feed motor on: control the feed motor
出料电机启动：可以操作出料电机；

Reset: control the servo to return to zero.
2）自动（Automatic）
在自动方式下，只有启动﹑停止可以动作。当然急
停与复位按钮是什么时候都能起作用的。
In the automatic mode, only the start/stop button
works. However, in whatsoever conditions, the emergency
stop button and the reset button work.
要启动自动运行，必须做好相应的准备工作：
To start automatic running, following preparations
shall be made:
A.确认系统电﹑气都已经满足启动条件，且系统机
械部分工作正常。在第一次启动自动运行前，最好在手
动方式下，逐一试遍所有动作，如送料辊﹑出料辊﹑剪
切各动作、出料机构移动、定尺板、出料左右选择等。
A.Make sure the electric system and gas system satisfy
requirements to start the machine and the mechanical part
works normally. It is recommended to, before starting the
machine in auto mode for the first time, check all actions
one by one in manual mode, such as the feed roller,
discharging roller, cutting, moving of discharging
mechanism, sizing plate and discharging direction
(left/right), etc.
B.第 1 条检查完后，要执行一次伺服回参，将手/
自动开关扳到手动状态下，按下伺服回参按钮，伺服电
机进行回参，这样出料机构电机回到零点位置，然后再
进行其它的操作，否则剪切尺寸不准确。

运行。系统因按急停按钮或故障停机，在排除故障后，
按复位按钮复位，故障解除后当前剪切的这一组钢筋可
能无法继续运行，这种情况下可以手动将这一组钢筋剪
完，然后继续下一组钢筋得生产；（这种情况下剪切状态
画面里生产计数将自动加上这一组）。
If, during automatic operation of the machine, any
failure is identified, you can press the stop or the emergency
stop button to terminate program running and remove
failures. Later, after removal of failures, loosen the
emergency stop button and the machine will continue
running. If the machine stops due to failure, press the reset
button to reset the machine after removal of such failure. It
is possible that the current group of wires being cut will not
continue running. In this condition, cut such wires by
manual and then start cutting of the next group of wires.
(This group will be added automatically into the production
counts on the cutting state menu).

1、电控柜内外要保持清洁。因为电控柜内线端子，
继电器触点，接插元件特别多，因此要特别注意防止灰
尘和腐蚀性气体的侵蚀。
I、Keep clean outside and inside of the electric control
cabinet. Attention shall be paid to prevent dust and
corrosive gas because there are wire terminals, relay
contacts, and connectors inside the electric control cabinet.
2、电控柜内要保持干燥。潮气会降低导线之间，元
件管脚之间及它们与底板之间的绝缘程度。尤其要防止
水溅到电气元件或接点处，以免引起短路或元件损坏故
障。
II 、 Keep dry inside the electric control cabinet.
Humidity may degrade insulation between wires, between
component pins and component pins and base plates. Make
sure that no water will splash onto the electric components
or contactors, or short circuit or component damage or
failure will be resulted.
3、经常检查输入及输出端子的牢固程度，如发现松
动，及时紧固好。
III、Frequently check fastness of the input and output
terminals. If looseness, fasten them tightly in time.
4、经常检查电磁接触器点的烧损情况，烧损严重的，
要及时更换。
IV 、 Frequently check burning of the electromagnetic
contactors and replace the severely burnt ones.
5、在剪切机上安装有一个作为剪切电机到位的接近
开关，此开关功能一是使剪切电机剪切结束后停下来，
二是给下面的动作发一个信号，当此开关损坏或检测距

离不够时，下面的动作将无法实现。所以要经常检查这
些开关。
V、On the cutting table, there is a proximity switch for
approaching of the cutting motor. This switch has two
functions, one is to enable the cutting motor stop after
completion of cutting; and the second is to give an order to
following actions. When this switch is damaged or the
detection distance is insufficient, it is impossible to realize
following actions. Therefore, it is necessary to check these
switches frequently.
检查办法很简单，当剪切结束后，此开关尾部的红
色指示灯应是亮的，当剪切时此开关的指示灯应不亮，
如果常亮说明开关已损坏，如果剪切结束后也不亮，说
明检测距离太长，检测不到，因为剪切机剪切时会产生
很大的振动，极易造成开关松动，所以应经常检查此开
关的状态。
The check is simple. The red indicator at tail of the
switch is lit up upon completion of cutting and will not be
lit up during cutting. Constant illuminating of the indicator
indicates damage of the switch; or if the indicator doesn’t lit
up even after completion of cutting, the detection distance is
big and it is unable to detect. The cutting table may generate
intensive vibration at the time of cutting, which easily
results in looseness of the switch. Thus, it is necessary to
check state of the switch frequently.
6、在左/右翻料装置上共安装有八个接近开关，这
些开关是检测翻料装置是否到位的。当这些开关损坏时，
会造成翻料结束后，翻料装置不返回。应经常检查这些
开关。
VI、There are totally eight proximity switches on the
left/right turnover devices. These switches are used to check
whether the turnover devices are well installed. Damages of
these switches may result in the turnover device unable to
return after end of the turnover process. Therefore, it is a
must to frequently check these switches.
检查办法很简单，当翻料装置不动时，此开关尾部
的指示灯应是亮的，当抬起时，指示灯不亮，如果两种
状态下，指示灯都亮，说明开关已损坏，应进行更换，
如果翻料装置未抬起时，指示灯也不亮，应调整开关的
检测距离。
It is easy to check. The indicator at tail of the switch
shall be lit up when the turnover device doesn’t move and
shall not be lit up if the turnover device rises. If the

indicator is lit up in both states, the switch is broken and

shall be replaced. If the indicator isn’t lit up when the
turnover device hasn’t lifted up, detection distance of the
switch shall be adjusted.
上面所述的接近开关检测距离均为 1mm～4mm。大于
此距离开关不起作用。
Detection distance of all the proximity switches
described above shall be 1mm-4mm. The switch will not
react if the aforesaid distance is exceeded.
因为此生产线是一个自动化程度很高的设备，各个
动作之间是连续的，每个动作的延续是靠这些检测开关
来保证的，所以这些开关状态的好坏直接影响到设备的
正常运转。一定要定期或不定期地检查这些开关！！！
Considering that the cutting machine is highly
automatic and actions between different components are
consecutive. Continuance of such actions is guaranteed
through these detection switches, therefore the state of such
switches influences directly normal operation of the
machine. It is a must to check these switches at regular or
irregular intervals!!!
电器故障发生时，应最先检查熔断器和热接触器是
否损坏：
In case of electrical failure, check firstly whether the
fuse or the heat contactor is damaged:
a.检查每个控制线缆接头是否松动。（每 160 个工作

To guarantee normal operation of the machine, best
cleaning shall be made to internal components with
industrial vacuum, small air gun or cotton cloth. Remove
residues, dust and all impurities. Furthermore, the control
box shall be carefully cleaned. Don’t damage any electrical
components when cleaning the machine.
清洁冷却风扇过滤器（每 150 个工作时）
Clean up the cooling fan filter (every 150 working
hours)
清洁安全标志、指示灯、显示屏和按钮等（每 150

Clean up safety marks, indicators, display screens

过滤杯底部的阀处于中间位置时是半自动的，当过
滤杯内部压力较高时排气自动关闭，允许过滤杯收集杂
质。
When the valve at bottom of the filter cup is in the
middle, the valve is semi-automatic; the vent holes will
close automatically to enable the filter cup to collect
impurities when the pressure inside the filter cup is high.
当过滤杯有较大压力时，可以通过向上推底部的阀
放气。
When the filter cup has big pressure, you can push
upward the valve at the bottom to give up.

diluents; carefully clean up the surface or floor
contaminated with lubricating oil.

其它带座轴承，链条等部位用压注油枪注油。

挤压注油枪时要缓慢。
Squeeze the oil gun slowly.
设备在室外使用时，应安装在上面有顶棚，地面干
燥的工棚中，必须避免在强阳光爆晒下使用，也不允许
在雨雪中露天使用，要防风沙、尘埃进入设备及电气控
制系统，否则将会导致机械损坏不能正常工作。
If the machine shall be used outdoors, please mount it
in a shed with roof and dry ground. Don’t use the machine
in strong sunshine, rain or snow. Prevent sand and dust from
entering electrical control system of the machine, or the
machine can be damaged and cannot work as usual.

used oil in the box and thoroughly remove greasy dirt there

polluted.
要根据不同的环境温度选择相应粘度的润滑油，环
境温度与润滑油的选用对减速机的使用寿命及使用性
能起着决定性的作用。如果不按照要求选择相应的润滑
油，可能会使机械遭到无法挽救的损坏或无法正常工
作。在没有特殊要求的情况下，齿轮箱体内加注的是
CKC220 中负荷工业齿轮油（环境温度 0º-35ºC 时）。若
低于此环境温度范围，应更换低于此粘度的油品。若高
于此环境温度范围，则应更换高于此粘度的油品。纵向
送料电机、横向送料电机及出料电机亦应根据环境温度
的变化，按照电机供应厂家的要求及时更换相应黏度的
润滑油。
Choose lubricating oil with corresponding viscosity
according to the actual ambient temperature. The ambient
temperature and the lubricating oil determine service life
and performance of the reduction gearbox. Thus, failure to
choose correct lubricating oil may result in irrevocable
damage of the machine or make it unable to work normally.
If there is no special requirements, CKC220 industrial
gearbox oil (when the ambient temperature is 0ºC～-35ºC)
is recommended for the reduction gearbox, or oil with less
viscosity if lower ambient temperature or oil with greater
viscosity if higher ambient temperature.Longitudinal feed
motor, Cross feed motor and Discharging motor should
change certain lubricating oil according to changing of
environment and temperature.

检查刀片的磨损程度。如果已损坏则修磨或更换。
当刀片上出现锯齿状刻痕或变形时请更换刀片。
Check abrasion of the blade, polish or replace it if it
is damaged. Or replace the cutter if there are zigzag cracks
or deformations on the blade.
使用有严重损坏的移动刀片将会极大的增加固定
刀片的压力，迅速缩短固定刀片的使用寿命，因此，必
须及时更换已损坏的移动刀片。
Using of severely damaged movable blade may
greatly increase pressure of the fixed blade and shorten
service life of the same greatly. Therefore, damaged
movable blade shall be replaced in time.
刀片有严重磨损时，剪切钢筋的生产效率会大大降
低；刀片出现磨损，剪切钢筋数量将大大低于钢筋切断
机的剪切能力。
The wire cutting efficiency will drop greatly if the
blade is severely damaged; If the blade is abraded, the
quantity of cutting wire will be greatly lower than
cutting capacity of the wire cutting machine.
2.检查卸下的固定刀片的螺栓是否完好，若损坏，
应及时用专用的高强度螺钉替换。
II. Check whether bolts of the detached immovable

blade are intact. If damaged, replace with dedicated

high-strength bolts.
3.检查刀片固定螺钉是否牢固（每 8 个工作时）。
III. Check whether set screws of the blade are tight
(every 8 working hours).
4.设备运转时产生很大噪声，可能是传动链条太松
引起的，这时应张紧或去掉部分链节来降低噪声。
IV. Big noses during running of the machine may be
caused by loose transmission chains. In this condition,
tension the chains to eliminate some of such noises.

c. 如果皮带磨损，完全松开调整螺母（见图示），
然后按相反顺序，用新皮带更换，重新调节合适的张力。
c. If the belt is abraded. Totally loosen the adjust nut
(as shown in the drawing) and replace with a new belt in
opposite sequences and adjust the same to proper tension.

and audio indication will appear on the computer or the
control panel. Find out on the display screen the failure
limit switch or solenoid valve and replace if damaged.

All the solenoid valve failures are indicated on the
control panel window with computer buzzes.
过滤杯放水（每工作 8 小时）
Drain out water from the filter cup (every 8 working
hours)
按下排水阀，过滤器排除冷凝水。
Press the drainage valve to drain out condensate from
the filter.
检查电磁阀（每 150 个工作小时）
Check the solenoid valve (every 150 working hours)
检查电磁阀工作是否正正常，按如下操作。
Check whether the solenoid valve works normally, in
following steps:
a. 断开机器电源（ Cut off power supply to the
machine）
b. 对于每个电磁阀（To each solenoid valve）
-用螺丝刀将螺丝由“0”移到 "1"并检查相应气
缸的移动
-Turn the screw from “0” to “1” with
screwdriver and check movement of corresponding
cylinder.
-如果气缸不移动，更换电磁阀。
-Move the solenoid valve if the cylinder doesn’t
move.
c. 按此方式检查后，将螺丝转回到" 0 "（Turn the
screw to “0” after checking in aforesaid ways.）.
每个电磁阀重复上述操作。
Repeat above operations to each solenoid valve.

The daily maintenance intervals described above are the minimum
requirement and the final interval depends on service intensity of the machine.
十九、机器拆卸和处理
XIX、Dismantle and Dispose the Machine
TJK 机器不需要特别程序进行处理，由于机器 90%
（重量）是可回收材料组成的。尽管如此，还是要遵守
以下规则：
90% (weight) of the TJK machines are made of
recyclable materials, thus no special programs are required
for disposal：
1.断开机器的所有能源。
I. Cut off all the power supply to the machine.
2.按现有地方法律要求，排出和收集残油并处理。
II. Drain out and collect residual oil and dispose the
same according to local laws and regulations.
3.将丧失功能不能再用的机器的重要部件拆除后，
运送到安全的无人区域丢失。
III. Deliver the machine to safe uninhabited area and
dispose the same there after detaching those important
parts which lose functions and cannot be used any more.
4.采用“运输与安置”一章中所述的起重设备。
IV. Use lifting devices described in the
“Transportation and Arrangement” chapter.
5.折断机器的门插销，防止人或动物被锁在里面。
V. Break up door bolt of the machine to prevent
people or animal being locked inside.
6.处理机器时，非污染材料应与污染材料分开（油、
蓄电池、绝缘材料、塑料材料、橡胶等）.
VI. Dispose the no-polluting materials and polluting
materials separately when disposing the machine (oil,
storage battery, insulating materials, plastics and rubbers,
etc).
7.不要放火焚烧机器或部件，因为塑性材料及涂料
燃烧时产生毒性污染气体

component, or the plastics or paints may generate toxic
pollution gas.
