forward to share their experience, we can say we are doing good as long as our
target is common men.
Articles in Hindi or English shared by various readers as well as professional
authors are published in present issue. These articles covered various aspects of
life including corona. Although we are morally bound to stay with our main
objective but to cover more areas we ourself limit to number or articles or number
or pages. In any edition we limit our-self to cover 3 to 4 article in max 20 pages.
This is second issue of the year 2020. Presently the world is facing a crisis
created by coronaand we hope to come out of this crisis soon.
While we are in crisis it is time we utilize our free time and share our
experirnce. The next issue is waiting for your experiences.
Almost everyone has decided few resolution for the year, because of corona it may
be possible that some of resolution are difficult to achoeve, but we get more free
time so we can do more and better.
Reshape your resolutions.
Now is time to help neighbours by maintaining social distancing. The social
distance factor is only one available to save us. Rest all solution waiting there
to be invented .... ...
Just few days back when I was going home with friends one of the friend announced
that you believe in ghosts (he was not asking but he was commenting). In reply i
said you also believe. When he denied even he said even my daughter (9 or 10 year
old) also do not believe. My reply was simple that you also believe in ghosts it is
just you dont know yet, and I promised that I will prove it soon. If I proved or
not that is another story, I will share it but not today.
Today I want to point out that my friend claimed that he do not believe in ghosts
he also claimed that his daughter also do not believe. Now the daughter is just 9
or 10 year old. Do you believe that 9 or 10 year old kid may be having a mind with
enough thoughts ? I dont thing if a kid below 10 year can have his own thoughts,
but I believe he is just replica of parents or teachers thoughts. In other words I
can say the kid do not believe in ghosts is not the right statement it should be
like the kid is trained not to accept the existence of ghosts. Its not believe but
it is just his mind is trained for denial.
Why this training is given to kids ? What if we teach the kids that ghost exist ? I
believe there wont be any change both are training and parents or teacher are
responsible for this training. Even they also dont know why ghost do not exist,
they also get training from someone. If we study literature from old age there are
lot of stories of ghosts and other unknown creatures and people get trained to
believe in ghosts, but with time our training changed and people start believing
that denial from the existence of ghost promote a person a modern personality. So
they start denying from the existence of ghosts and next generation get training
for non-existence of ghosts.
Why I am talking about ghosts ? I am not talking about ghosts but I am talking
about how out mind is trained but not educated, and how we start believing
something without applying own mind. It has nothing to do with educated mind, it is
out training. It is our training which tell us that we are society of bad peoples,
Try to be educated not just trained during the year 2020 and see the beauty of
individuals. You will find yourself amung a lot of good peoples. Yes you will find
a lot of peoples with different habits, some of them you may like some other you
may not like, but accept that they are different not bad. We are society of good
people.
It is matter of trust, our society is training us for not to trust, they teach us
the you are surrounded by bad peoples, they teach us that you are good men and
other are bad people you need to stay away from them. The training is making us
what we are today. Make a new year resolution that I will try to change myself.
2 + 2 = 4 it looks simple but do you know why 2 + 2 = 4 why it is not 5 ?
Yes there is mathematical proof but most of us dont know even we never questioned
our teacher. Our teacher told us 2 + 2 = 4 and we memorized it. That is what
happening with our society we are not educated but we are trained to believe that
we are society of bad peoples. Come out of this training and educate yourself.
This New Year has meaning only if we change. If we are same the nothing matter if
the year change or month.

Husband Cannot Expect Wife Living In London To Return To India & Fulfil Her
Matrimonial Duties
11 March 2020, Gujrat HC
Case:
* The couple hails from Madhapar town near Bhuj in Gujarat
* They got married in the year 2009
* After living with the husband briefly, the woman left for London and gave birth
to their daughter
* The daughter is currently studying at a school in the Kingsbury area of UK
* The husband too decided to accompany his wife after a while
* However, following an acrimonious relationship, he returned to India
* In 2015, the wife filed a domestic violence case against her husbandand in-laws
* In 2016, the woman also filed for divorce in the family court of Bhuj, however,
herself withdrew the same in 2017
Bail is rule and jail is exception
8 March 2020
A forgery case was registered against the accused in 2012. The police filed a
closure report in 2013. But five years later, a Judicial Magistrate ordered further
investigation. He was thereafter arrested in January 2019. His first bail
application before the Madhya Pradesh High Court was dismissed. The second was
dismissed as withdrawn.
Meanwhile, the police reinvestigated the case and submitted a second report stating
that no offence has been committed by the appellant and he deserves to be
discharged. After filing of this closure report, the accused filed yet another bail
application before High Court, on the grounds that the second closure report has
not been accepted by the Trial Court and that appellant has failed to point out
whether material witnesses have been examined or not.
While allowing the appeal filed by the accused, the court said:
"The High Court ought to have kept in view that `Bail is rule and jail is
exception'. There is no gainsaying that bail should not be granted or rejected in a
mechanical manner as it concerns the liberty of a person. In peculiar circumstances
of this case where closure report was filed twice, the High Court ought not to have
declined bail only because the trial court was yet to accept the said report.
Further, the examination of witnesses would depend upon the fate of 2nd closure
report. Considering the nature of allegations attributed to the appellant and the
period he has already spent in custody, we are satisfied that he deserves to be
released on bail forthwith."
Personal liberty is very precious fundamental right and it should be curtailed only
when it becomes imperative; Bail allowed in POCSO
3 March 2020
The High Court allowed a bail application filed for grant of regular bail in
connection for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(i)(n) of the Penal Code
and Section 5(1)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act,
2012.
The FIR was lodged by the father of the victim on 26-09-2018 with the allegations
that his daughter told him about the mental and physical harassment given by the
applicant/accused since 2014. The victim had mentioned about applicant had taken
few photographs for which he was blackmailing and harassing her along with abusing
her on the phone and forcing him to make physical relations with him. The counsel
for the applicant, Vinod Sharma submitted that applicant was an innocent person; no
date or month of the physical relations had been mentioned in the FIR; according to
the medical report dated 27-09-2018, no sexual intercourse had been committed with
the victim in last few days; no said photographs were produced by the prosecution;
no rape or sexual intercourse had ever been committed by the applicant on the
prosecutrix; in medical report dated 27.-09-2018, no sign of rape had been found
and there was no swelling, no injury, no bleeding; the applicant has no criminal
history; he was in custody since 27-09-2018; prosecution had not filed so far any
reliable certificate of date of birth of the victim.
The Court while allowing the bail relied on the judgment of Siddharam Satlingappa
Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra, (2011) 1 SCC 694 where the Supreme Court had
observed that the personal liberty was a very precious fundamental right and it
should be curtailed only when it becomes imperative according to the facts and
circumstances of the case and in the present case the attendance of the accused
could be secured without having him to be put in custody.

SC Dissolves Two-Month Marriage After 16-Yrs | Invokes Irretrievable Breakdown As

Ground For Divorce
19 Dec 2019, Sc of India
Indian marriages may be for seven lives, but the process of getting a contested
divorce in India is no less than that! The system unfortunately is based on either
parties proving the fault of the other and does not yet recognise irretrievable
breakdown of marriage as a ground for divorce in India.
In its recent judgement, the Supreme Court dissolved a marriage by exercising its
inherent powers under Article 142 of the Constitution, since a wife kept contesting
divorce even after 16-years of separation from the man
Case:
* The appellant and the respondent got married in accordance with Hindu rites in
the year 2000
* The parties co-lived for a period of only two months, after which the respondent-
wife went to Canada, where she eventually obtained citizenship in 2002
* The appellant alleged that the respondent went to Canada without his consent
* The respondent returned to India only after she got her Canadian citizenship in
2002
* Even after coming back, there were continuous quarrels between the parties
* Owing to the same, Panchayat had intervened and further asked the parties to
reside separately from their family
* However, this solution did not prove to be effective as well
* Subsequently, the respondent left for Canada again
* This prompted the appellant husband to file for a divorce Section 13(1) (ia) of
the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on the ground of cruelty before the lower Court
* The appellant contended that the loneliness and lack of co-habitation had caused
him extreme physical and mental torture
* The husband also stated that despite his reluctance to go to Canada, he had
signed the immigration papers in order to save his marriage
* However, the papers were never submitted
* In fact, the appellant stated that the respondent herself had reached Canada on
improper travel documents
* The respondent, in her arguments, blamed the appellant for abandoning her and
made various other allegations relating to dowry, physical assault and extra-
marital affairs
* She also claimed that she was forced to have an abortion when she was taken to a
doctor once
* The appellant denied this allegation and stated that the respondent was never
pregnant
* After hearing the arguments from both sides, the Additional District Judge
granted a decree of divorce against which an appeal was filed before the High Court
of Punjab
* Aggrieved, the appellant-husband filed an appeal before the Supreme Court
* The respondent-wife, in the meanwhile, expressed consent to continue to staying
with the appellant
The Bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Joseph passed a judgment after
taking note that the Supreme Court has earlier invoked its inherent powers under
Article 142 to grant a divorce on the ground of irretrievable breakdown of
marriage
The top Court took note that this was donenot only in cases where parties
ultimately, before this Court, have agreed to do so but even otherwise

Newly Married Husband Allegedly Set On Fire By Wife & In-Laws In Bareilly
11 March 2020
A recent case from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh has been reported where a newly married
man was set ablaze when he visited his wifes home on the eve of Holi, the festival
of colours.
24-year-old Raju Kashyap, a resident of Bahedi town, had been married just four-
months ago. His wife had returned to her maternal home to celebrate first Holi with

Mom forced me to frame papa on rape charge

25 Nov 2020, The Times of India
A man was sentenced to five years rigorous imprisonment by a lower court for raping
his daughter. The high court found holes in the prosecution story and acquitted
him. The case moved to the Supreme Court and the apex court said such a crime
couldnt go unpunished, awarding the accused a life term. And now the daughter, on
whose complaint the father is in prison, has confessed in a sworn affidavit that
her dad was innocent. She said she had framed him at the instance of her mother
whose relationship with her father was strained. This bizarre case senior lawyers
say they have not heard of a more weird twist to a case has raised several
questions. What happens to the punishment given by the SC now that its very basis
has been dissolved? Will the daughter and the mother now be punished for misleading
the court and tormenting the man? How common is abuse of the law in shocking cases
like rape and dowry? How rigorous is police investigation into such complaints?
Welcome Corona

Covid-19 Corona is well known now a days. Corona is another name of terror. We are
locked down. Almost entire world is locked down. Many thausands are dead, much more
are infacted. And the worst part is we still dont have treatment.
People dying, they are locked inside without proper food supply. They are not
having proper arrangements for transports, although people suppose not to be
travelling but unfortunatly they dont have option. It is easy to say sit at home,
but when it come to reality people die. Sometime it become the matter of choice if
one wanted to be dead because of virus or because of hunger.
Overall corona is bad thing happening to the world. Not just to india but the
entire world is facing bad thing. The only solution i see is face the threat
togather.
Corona is bad virus, but a few good things also happened because of corona crisis.
Nature is healing because of corona. Here are few things happened :
* Ozoon lawyer protect us from UV rays. The layer was breaking, now it has started
healing.
* Water in various river is becoming polution free or atleast less poluted.
* Various alimals are returning back for example endangered sea turtles hatch on
Brazil's deserted beaches.
* Air is less poluted.
The nature is healing itself, we also can do a lot of things to heal our helth as
well as social helath. Although the list is endless but I would list just a few. We
are locked down, we are not allowed to go out, and now we have enough time for
ourself. For own betterement we can make the following changes :
* Reading Books We can reshape our habits and start reading good books to gain
the knowledge.
* Music Listen legends music. The classical music is lost in the era of modern
music, it is time to reopen our old folders and enjoy classical music. It definatly
going to improve our mental health.
* Yoga Yoga is something which was lost, but fortunatly it comes back during last
10 years. Now we have sufficient time to make it part of our daily life to improve
the physical health.
* Cleaning : We can fight the virus with proper cleaning habits. Right now we are
forced to adopt, but we can make is our routeen and stay healthy.
Apart from personal life a lot can be contributed to society. During last 30-40
years we have lost neighbours. I have seen time when people staying in neighbour
were more important then relatives. With progress we lost this relation. Now a days
we are living in society but the relation between members is minimal. Now we have
sufficient time to improve the relation. Although we need to make proper social
distancing but the following can be done :
* we are locked and our neighbours are also locked. There may be a shortage of
supply. Sharing supply with neighbours may help in improving social health.
* There are many around us, some of them may not be able to get proper food because
of many reason. We can share our food with such people.
* There are many animals around us. They also need food and water.
Soon corona will go back but important thing is Nature get time to heal and doing
it best, we also get time but it is our choice either to heal ourself or return
back to old life.

People have once again started interacting with the people whom they haven't spoken
to either in the recent past or since long.
A few days back, we spoke with a friend who is a science geek and we had a detailed
discussion with him regarding what viruses are and how can we avoid the contagion
during this onslaught of Coronavirus.
The following are a few points from what we understood:
A virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a
protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular,
nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code (mutation) and convert them into
aggressors and multiplier cells.
Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed
but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity
and type of material where it lies.
The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer
of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy because the foam CUTS
the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot
of foam). By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks
down on its own.
Heat melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 25 degrees Celsius
for washing hands, clothes and everything. Hot water makes more foam and that makes
it even more useful.
Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% dissolves any fat, especially the
external lipid layer of the virus.
Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein,
breaks it down from the inside.
Oxygenated water helps better after soap, alcohol, and chlorine. Peroxide
dissolves the virus protein. But it has to pure.
No bactericide serves any purpose. The virus is not a living organism like
bacteria; they cannot kill what is not alive with antibiotics.
Never shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a
porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only between 3 hours (fabric and
porous), 4 hours (copper, because it is naturally antiseptic; and wood, because it
removes all the moisture and does not let it peel off and disintegrates), 24 hours
(cardboard), 42 hours (metal) and 72 hours (plastic). But if you shake it or use a
feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours and can
lodge in your nose.
The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air
conditioners in houses and cars. They also need moisture to stay stable, and
especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments
will degrade it faster.
UV light on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein.
The virus cannot go through healthy skin.
Vinegar is not useful because it cannot break down the protective layer of fat.
Neither spirits nor vodka serves any purpose. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol,
and you need 65%.
The more confined space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The
more open or naturally ventilated, the less.
This is super said, but you have to wash your hands before and after touching
mucosa, food, locks, knobs, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches,
computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.
You also should humidify your hands dried due to so much of washing. The
molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better.
Also, keep your nails short so that the virus does not hide there.
We hope this helps in these trying times.
Prevent The Spread of COVID-19 with Handy Tips

Today we are in the midst of an unprecedented situation where the spread of the
coronavirus disease (Covid-19) entails responsible individual, social, and
organizational behavior.
It is not only the government responsible to anyhow keep the citizens safe, but it
also casts a responsibility on us as a responsible organization to do whatever we
can to contain the spreading of coronavirus. Its most pertinent to understand that
the ones sensible enough to take precautions may well save the rest.
Enumerated below are the tips from the World Health Organization to keep yourself
safe and help contain the spread of the virus.
* Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
* Avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth, and nose.
* Avoid contact with vulnerable people. And if you cant, wear a mask.
* Cover your cough with the bend of your elbow.
* Disinfect surfaces you regularly use.
* If you feel unwell, stay at home and call your healthcare provider.
* Only share information from trusted sources.
In addition to all the desired precautions that need to be taken, often we are
getting to listen to terms like Social Distancing, Isolation and Quarantine.
But not all understand the difference between these terms. So, whats the
difference?
What is Social Distancing?
Social distancing should be practiced by everyone, whether or not exposed to the
virus.
This broad set of measures includes avoiding handshakes, crowds, staying at least 2
meters (6 feet) away from people, and, most importantly, staying at home if you
feel sick.
Social distancing slows down the spread of the coronavirus, which keeps our
resources available to those in need.
What is Isolation?
A diagnosis of Covid-19 triggers isolation. Isolation is for those who are already
sick and serves to keep the infected away from healthy people in order to stop the
spread of the virus.
What is Quarantine?
Quarantines are put on groups and communities to separate and restrict the movement
of people who were exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick.
At this crucial time, please continue taking precautions as the country needs to
battle coronavirus in a united manner.

Why the new coronavirus may kill more men than women

Our gynocentric society conveniently makes sweeping assumptions that men and women
are the same behaviourally in terms of comorbidities, biology and our immune
system, but that's not true.
As cases of the new coronavirus increase worldwide, research published a few days
back by China's Center for Disease Control and Prevention suggests that men are
more likely to die of the virus than women, despite men and women being infected at
similar rates.
Background
Reports of the new coronavirus first surfaced in early December 2019 in Wuhan,
China. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the main symptoms of the
virus are fever and lesions in both lungs. Some patients also have reported
difficulty breathing, WHO said.
Men are more likely to die from new virus
New research from China has found that men, particularly middle-aged and older men,
are having a harder time fighting off the virus than women. Chinese researchers
found that while the infection rate among men and women is the same, the death rate
among men is 2.8% compared with 1.7% for women.
According to Sabra Klein, a scientist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of
Public Health, the pattern men faring worse than womenis consistent with other
viral respiratory infections. "Women fight them off better," she said.
Why are men more likely to die from the new coronavirus?
According to researchers, there are a few reasons men are more likely to die from
the new coronavirus.
Women have a heightened immune response
Research on previous outbreaks shows that women have stronger immune responses to
coronaviruses.
According to Janine Clayton, director of the Office of Research on Women's Health
at NIH, "There's something about the immune system in females that is more
exuberant," but researchers have yet to figure out what that is.
Some researchers think the higher level of estrogen, which contributes to immunity,
and the fact that women have two X chromosomes, which carry immune-related genes,
could factor into women's heightened immune response.
For instance, in one experiment, researchers exposed mice to SARS and found male
mice were more susceptible to the infection and were slower to clear the virus.
They also died at higher rates and experienced more lung damage, according to
Stanley Perlman, senior author of the study and a professor of microbiology at the
University of Iowa.
However, when the researchers blocked estrogen in the female mice and removed their
ovaries, they were more likely to die from the virus. Blocking testosterone in the
male mice on the other hand had no effect on the death rate.
Men and women have different health behaviors, conditions
Patients' existing health conditions and health behaviors can make them more
susceptible to the virus, and increase their risk of death.
When it comes to health behaviors, China has the largest population of smokers in
the world at 316 million people, but while more than 50% of Chinese men smoke, only
about 2% of Chinese women partake in the behavior.
Chinese men also have higher rates of high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, and
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than women, all of which can increase the
risk of complications and death from a coronavirus infection.
According to a few unpublished Chinese studies, patients with delayed coronavirus
diagnosis or who had pneumonia at the time of their diagnosis have an increased
risk of death. And one study suggests men may be waiting to seek care, as they were
more likely than women to present at hospitals with the disease at a more advanced
stage.
Akiko Iwasaki, a professor of immunology at Yale University, added that men may
have a "false sense of security" about coronavirus and similar diseases. When the
outbreak first started, for instance, officials recommended that people wash their
hands thoroughly and often to prevent infection, but multiple studies have found
that men are less likely to wash their hands and use soap than women.

Gender Equality?

The world celebrated womens day on March 8th, and like every year, government and
corporate too had announced/started their campaigns week in advance for the same.
This year, our Prime Minister went a step ahead and has announced that:
This Women's Day, I will give away my social media accounts to women whose life &
work inspire us. This will help them ignite motivation in millions. Are you such a
woman or do you know such inspiring women? Share such stories using #SheInspiresUs
Nothing wrong or offensive in Prime Ministers statement! The only concern that I
have is the inherent and ever-growing gynocentrism in government policies and
initiatives. And this gynocentrism is growing even when the governments reports
and statistics are evidence of the fact that it has reached the level of
discrimination against men.
Recently, Minister of Railways, Sh. Piyush Goyal tweeted a video saying:
Towards Empowering Women: Commemorating the upcoming International Womens Day,
Rajya Rani Express train between Bengaluru & Mysuru was run by an all women crew
today.
Watch Railways motorwoman expertly navigate the train through the interiors of our
nation.
Why only today? Was the empowerment desired only for one day?
This is not the first time when an all-women crew is introduced in railways. Here
are a few instances.

Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Will Soon Have All-Women Ticket Checking Crew

Then also came a news Shatabdi trains not to have women TTEs anymore due to them
complaining about long working hours.

All-women crew to run Jaipurs Gandhinagar railway station

Govindpuri railway station in Kanpur to have all-women staff from today, Govindpuri
railway station had all-women staff except sweepers to clean the station toilets.
Why? Equality wasnt required in cleanliness?

All-women crew pilots passenger train from Ranchi to Tori

From pilots to TTEs, it was womens day at railways

Ever since Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi adventure failure, almost all the adventures
engaging women, highlighting equality have been restricted to a single day only.
Also, a point to ponder here is that how many other initiatives were actually all
women and 'ongoing' too.
Recently, when the Chandrayaan was launched, the female scientists of ISRO were
given credit and congratulated. Had #Chandrayaan2 been a 100% success, media
would've been flooded with the news of daughters' contribution. But since it lost
contact in the final moments, neither we got any comments on those celebrated
daughters, nor they appeared as sad, whereas one son was crying and another was
comforting him.
In no way, am trying to demean the efforts of our lady scientists, but just
wondering why is it so that success has many women, failure focuses only on Men!
Also, we need to understand that when we blindly celebrate people just because of
their gender, largely, undeserving and unscrupulous ones get promoted and
encouraged too. This adds to the existing many instances that highlight
discrimination against men in the name of 'Equality'!
What purpose does unduly supporting, enacting and enforcing the theory of Radical
Feminism serve when it only preaches women to be ashamed of agreeing with their
biology and their psychological/physiological makeup and pursue mightily things
that go against their very nature?
In todays scenario, when men are at the receiving end of most of the arenas of
gender politics, this clear discrimination by the state against men sometimes goes
beyond understanding.
I feel that this unnecessary insistence on women's empowerment and equality itself
has a built-in gender bias, and its frightening too that this gender-bias every
time comes from the government side only.
If the government is so carried away with the photo ops of hollow women empowerment
and equality, why don't it encourage creating an equitable, entirely merit-driven
and gender-neutral workspace without any bias or favor, where women are treated
same as men, and let their responsibilities & opportunities not depend on whether
they are born male or female.
For the government, it is important to differentiate between 'Feminism' and the
'Principles of Equality', offering equal opportunity to men and women alike. Former
is a leftist movement, whereas the latter is an idea that Save Indian Family
Movement, the Men's Rights Movement of India supports.
Let everyone be held accountable for their role in the workplace.
Praising and honoring the pioneers, the mentors, the legends, is appreciable, but
what's the point in encouraging the leftists, the rebels, the hustlers, the
unscrupulous ones, just in order to please a specific gender?
For 'Equality' photo ops, it's very easy to treat everyone as an equal. But how
appreciable is dismantling and assembling, existing systems, practices, and
policies just to please a specific gender, while discriminating against the other?
Gender Equality A Myth of Modern Era

True Gender Equality - It's a well known fact that when "Gender Equality" is
mentioned in India "Women Empowerment" would be an automatic answer.
Accepted, as since the 19th century we have been made to believe that since the
human where born women have been a deprived gender and always had made lots of
sacrifices, their rights curled, have been controlled and dominated by men and
further so many other allegations.
Really! Are you also among the many who believes the above to be truthful?
Hold On! If you are like me who dont believe the above statements as the gospel
truth, than let me narrate what is indeed correct!
Dictionary meaning of "Gender Equality" - the state in which access to rights or
opportunities is unaffected by gender.
But isnt it that we from our childhood are used to the phrase that life of a women
have been of hardship, man domination, no freedom and cruelty towards them.
In actual fact exploring through our ancient religion and text the author did come
across to certain facts as follows:
Among the Jain's (one of the oldest religion) it is believed that in this current
time cycle the first person to attain Moksh was "Maru Mata" Yes! a woman and the
mother of the Jains of first Tirthankar Rishab Swami (Adinath).
Isnt from the above undeniable fact a question arises how come a woman be the
first person to attain Moksh? When men were more powerful they could have changed
the history, refused to accept a woman being the first person to attain Moksh, but
actually that did not transpire. Interestingly I was forced to think again and
again how come a woman attain such respect and faith in a so called male dominating
society where her condition was of slavery having no adequate means to support her
aspiration as claimed by the modern world geeks.
I mete out to wonder whether the philosophy that was shared to me since my
childhood on woman and her compelling conditions from centuries even stand a needle
tip room as stated. After lot's of research and studies I am convinced that since
ancient ages Indian culture has been Gender Neutral and women were equally
empowered as to men and the vice versa.
In the Ramayana we all know that Kaikaiye the wife of King Dashratha accompanied
her husband to the battle field and as she had saved the life of the King, the King
boned her with three wishes and the rest is history well documented. But here
several questions arises and top of it is, a women in a battlefield, SERIOUSLY, I
think something is way far wrong in here because isn't that our primary education
that notion that women life where restricted and she had no independence! If indeed
the former was to be true than again a point to wonder why was their Koph Bhavan
for the ladies in the Raj Mahals? Where the women even allowed to show their
emotions?
Furthermore, was a woman trained to be a warrior who could demolish the enemy in
the battle field? Herein the notion of nari being abla and actual facts regarding
women is of hell and heaven.
I still wonder why lord Ram, Bharat, Laxman & Shatrughan were also known by the
name of their mother. Why Sita Mata is known as Janki why even her father King
Janak at that time adopted a girl child? Why did he lend her his name?
Isn't that the women's of that period had self esteem and self respect? If not then
why did Devi Sita not accept Hanuman ji request to devi Sita in Ashok Vatika that
he would carry his mother Devi Sita on his shoulder to his Lord Ram. Instead Devi
Sita ordered Lord Hanuman to inform her husband Ram that he needs to come to Lanka
to rescue her from the clutches of Ravana and set her free so that her self-respect
and esteem is retained.
It is a known fact that in Mahabharata that Dhritarashtra, Pandav and Vidhur was
illegitimate son of rishi "Veda Vyasa Krishna Dvaipayana".
Oh my God! Is it that our ancient history has been twisted if not than how come in
the so called claimed Indian society that was so cruel towards women and unmannered
towards woman could be respected as Raj Mata, Vidhur the son of a maid also attain
enormous respect and position.
Now from the above acceptable womans of that period, the notion that women were
not respected or they were just treated as a product indeed stood a chance as per
our present claims than I am sorry to say that Kunti's and Madri Son Pandavas
wouldn't have been accepted in the society and the Pandavs including their
mother's life would have been of hell and disrespect.
Ironically, since the ancient time there would have been no swayambar for the women
- The Right to choose their companion. Ironically, people still amusingly claim
that Indian women life was not independent.
If the life of women had been so pathetic than I am apologetic to mention that in
our history books no women name would have been mentioned, if our society and
culture was so much reserved towards woman than I am sorry to say we wouldn't have
even heard the name of Jija Bai, Rani Laxmi Bai, Captain Lakshmi Sahgal of Azad
Hind Fauj, Sarojini Naidu or even of Indra Gandhi or a P.T. Usha let alone the
name of our nightingale of India Lata Mangeshkar so on and so forth!
The accepted facts are that the ancient people lifes was of hardship, of limited
resources and further the hardship was not limited to Women or Men, the fact is
only the persons who had the ability, determination and keenness to achieve created
history.
It's true that due to frequent invasions our Indian society had gone reserved as
the weaker persons failed to restrain the invaders from harming and looting them.
Yes I have mentioned "persons" and not a particular gender as it is a known facts
that the stronger persons that is men died in the battlefield as the role of
personals where defined as per their abilities and not Gender.
Surprisingly, in the modern era due to vote banks politics, to gain easy popularity
suddenly "Women Empowerment" has been coined and it has been the sole magic stick
in the hand of such popularity seekers. Our history that we have been thought in
our school have been of partial facts mostly of twist & turns, not showing the true
gender neutral aspects that our ancient Indian society practiced and awfully
convincing us to believe that men where stronger and women were weaker not only in
terms of masculinity but also in terms of their position in the society.
In here as described above our ancient, medieval as well as 18th century even after
the post independence history has shown us a different facts, that we all knew but
we have failed to canvas the correct facts in this modern present era.
The so called women empowerment has created hell lots of problems and road blocks
as for gender equality to come effect in our nation India. We all have soft corner
towards Women and Children. We mens have always offered our seats even our
standing space while traveling to the former. We as men have always tried to play a
role of protector and provider perceiving women to be our weaker counterparts
further we men have assumed that we have a lot of obligations towards womens as
they mend not only our homely affairs but also our day to day needs, we men have
ourselves to be blamed as we shifted from a true gender neutral society to a hollow
gender equal society biased towards a particular gender that is woman. We have
performed our duties towards our family, friends and society at large without
demanding a single pie for us Mens.
The over protected role of men towards women, additionally having no demand,
forever trying to take off all the burden from the shoulder of women due to love
and affection led to squeezing of man space from Gender Equality world.
Additionally the pampering of man towards woman went overboard and the result is
that in the name of Gender Equality actually the ambition of women empowerment
started to occupy our already cramped views.
Hey! No No I have no problem with women empowerment but what about "Men" isn't it a
fact that, to satisfy a particular gender, man has been left behind in terms of
education, reservation, medical, monetary and economic aid and even the railway
senior citizen subsidy age. This not being enough to give women a safe environment
even the laws have been laid down that is only for the woman be it 498A, 304B, 354,
376, 377 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) Act, Domestic Violence Act, HMA act and various
others laws and acts only and only for women.
I have been unsuccessful to comprehend that how can Gender Equality be achieved by
depriving the rights and well being of a particular gender that is man. Is it that
our society and law system so weak that women have given particular acts and
sections to safeguard themselves that too from whom? The answer is from a person
i.e. man who has from ancient time held woman to be at par with man. The person not
only has worshiped man as god but also woman as goddesses, always been comfortable
to render a woman position and respect as their better half.
Then why men have not been given any protection from law or even a Men Commission
to secure himself. Why havent the so called women empowerment organisation who
quite often flicker the term Gender Equality and not even acknowledge that as
compared to man the woman of the present society are privileged.
Why is that in name of gender equality the so called women empowerment
physiological thinkers raised alarms times and again for more protection towards
women and not at all worrying about the fragile conditions a man has been going
through in the society, his work place environment even to the health centers for
regular check-ups.
Is it that our IPC sections and other various acts have flaws, that to safeguard
women particular sections have been laid down? If indeed the facts are at all true
than imagine the scenarios surrounding Indian mens, he has no laws to safe guard
himself leave aside the government aid.
According to the Constitution of India:
Article 14 Equality before Law: The state shall not deny any person equality
before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.
Article 15 Prohibition of Discrimination on Grounds of religion, race, caste, sex
or place of birth.
Article 16 Equality of opportunity in matters of public employment:
1. There shall be equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to
employment or appointment to any office under the State.
2. No citizen shall, on grounds only on religion, race, caste, sex descent, place
of birth, residence or any of them, be ineligible for, or discriminated against in
respect of, any employment or officer under the State.
From the above our constitution preambles looks very gender neutral but Act of the
State are not gender equal as they are only and only concentrated towards Article
15 (3) of the Constitution of India.
Nothing in this article shall prevent the State from making any special provisions
for women and children.
From the above it is very much clear that gender equality as per Indian context is
next to impossible as Article 15 (3) would always give special provisions for a
particular gender, meticulously by depriving a particular gender i.e. male.
If the above fact is not true than in the law why the word wife has been emphasized
and not the word spouse? When a wife can claim maintenance from her husband or ex
husband than why can't a disabled husband or even minor child claim maintenance
from his earning wife and their earning mother respectively?
When the NCRB database has clearly recorded that Men Suicide is double than of
women, more Boy's as compared to Girl's are not able to complete their primary
education, Child abuse of boys is way more as compared to that of girl why a men
commission or men aid or education for men not even being thought for?
Why the government phrase is Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao and NOT Bache Bachao,
Bache Padhao? On record why the women and child welfare ministry always
differentiate between a girl child and a boy child?
Why the country Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers and Opposition Leaders do
care only about woman and tend to forget men in terms of development economically,
physiologically, working environment hazardous scenarios? Why a man is requested /
forced for serving the nation in difficult atmosphere and terrains? Why hard core
jobs are for man and lighter job for woman, life endangering mission for men, no
work no pay for man, no paternity leave for man, more working hours for man? Why
there are no education, health, economic, reservation for man and all and
everything in case the gender is woman?
Ironically that after Independence no women have been hanged to death even after
the Hon'ble Apex Court decision but capital punishment is open for man to send a
strong message to all mens. As if crime is connected with a particular gender!
From the above isn't it clear that our countries policies have created rupture
among Gender. We need to find answers for - Why in the modern India the term Gender
Equality is tilted towards women? How True Gender Equality can be set into force
when bus seats, train bogies, seat berth reservations are designated for a
particular gender?
It is very much a fact that in present scenario the Rights of a particular gender
have been suppressed to make another gender feel much more important!
Isn't that the True Gender Equality was best followed before our modern era?
Isnt that in the name of Gender Equality mens have been deprived of their rights?

Isnt it true that Gender equality would remain a Myth unless and until a gender is
ready to forgo the special provisions offered to them just to make them fell
important by suppressing the rights of a particular hard working, never complaining
never demanding gender MAN.

In Short Gender Equality cannot be achieved without Gender

Neutrality
Wi-Fi & Li-Fi

Wi-Fi :
Wi-Fi is the name of a wireless networking technology that uses radio waves to
provide wireless high-speed Internet and network connections. A common
misconception is that the term Wi-Fi is short for "wireless fidelity," however this
is not the case.
Wi-Fi is simply a trademarked phrase that means IEEE 802.11x.
Wi-Fi networks have no physical wired connection between sender and receiver by
using radio frequency (RF) technology a frequency within the electromagnetic
spectrum associated with radio wave propagation. When an RF current is supplied to
an antenna, an electromagnetic field is created that then is able to propagate
through space.
Li-Fi :
LiFi is a wireless optical networking technology that uses light-emitting diodes
(LEDs) for data transmission. LiFi is designed to use LED light bulbs similar to
those currently in use in many energy-conscious homes and offices. However, LiFi
bulbs are outfitted with a chip that modulates the light imperceptibly for optical
data transmission. LiFi data is transmitted by the LED bulbs and received by
photoreceptors.
LiFis early developmental models were capable of 150 megabits-per-second (Mbps).
Some commercial kits enabling that speed have been released. In the lab, with
stronger LEDs and different technology, researchers have enabled 10 gigabitsper-
second (Gbps), which is faster than 802.11ad.
Benefits of LiFi:
* Higher speeds than Wi-Fi.
* 10000 times the frequency spectrum of radio.
* More secure because data cannot be intercepted without a clear line of sight.
* Prevents piggybacking.
* Eliminates neighboring network interference.
* Unimpeded by radio interference.
* Does not create interference in sensitive electronics, making it better for use
in environments like hospitals and aircraft.
By using LiFi in all the lights in and around a building, the technology could
enable greater area of coverage than a single WiFi router. Drawbacks to the
technology include the need for a clear line of sight, difficulties with mobility
and the requirement that lights stay on for operation.
