Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities :

1. To collect the report from subordinate regarding sales, walk-in.

2. To assign task to subordinate to get the work done.

3. To assist subordinate in their work.

4. To check & verify the bills of media.

5. To negotiate with media for new adds

6. To take part in new activities, which will create more branding or sales.

7. To negotiate with client for closers

8. To check the man power distribution, and take right decision.

9. To follow up for recovery & home loan documents.

10. To coordinate with agency & media for release of advertisements.

11. To fix up meeting with superiors in case required.

12. Submit all reports & updates to superiors.

13. To make all proper entry of Ac records.

14. To carry out all online activity & check it.

15. Prepare article for Blogs & media.

Weakly Responsibilities :

1. To collect the report from subordinate regarding sales, walk-in evaluate it


2. To assign task to subordinate to get the work done get crosscheck of it.
3. To assist subordinate in their work if work is prolonged.
4. To check & verify the bills of media, check as per budget allocated.
5. To negotiate with client for closers, evaluate why client are not going for closer.
6. To check the man power distribution, and take right decision, shifting
7. To follow up for recovery & home loan documents, take weekly feedback
8. To coordinate with agency & media for release of advertisements, payments.
9. To fix up meeting with superiors in case required.
10. To submit the weekly report to superiors with suggestion to improve
11. To improve the walk in flow along with conversion rate new action plan.

Monthly Responsibilities :

1. To take monthly reports of all subordinates.


2. To take monthly report & prepare evaluation report on the sales, enquiry,
media, etc…
3. To evaluate the loop hole in system to improve the sales.
4. To focus on recovery part for setting the system.
5. To improve the client handling process.
6. To provide plan for next month sales, walk in, media, recovery plan.
7. To provide all required training & development material to the subordinate,
after evaluation of individual.
8. Make performance appraisal system every month.
9. Make reporting pattern to improve the productivity & reduce the time
consummation.
10. To provide suggestion to management for product demand, market
requirement, new location preference, so to have very good product.
11. Making all strategy’s to carry out all the activity of sales, marketing with
recovery effectively & efficiently.
12. Make sure we are always in media as a form of PR.
13. Carry out cross checking of all the bills submitted within a month.
14. Carry out a cross checking of all the entry of client Ac.
15. Preparing new marketing material for up-coming project.
16. Getting accreditation from agency’s like CRISIL, ISO, etc..
17. Getting participation in new competition to get awards to improve the brand
value.
