CDW

If the Avis vehicle is damaged this will cover the cost of repairs, you will however have to pay a fixed amount
towards the repair costs this is known as insurance excess. This applies regardless of whether you were at fault. If
you decline collision damage waiver, then you will be responsible for the cost of repair up to the replacement value
of the vehicle if the vehicle gets damaged. CDW does not cover missing items, vandalism, riots or damage not
caused as a result of a collision.

In the event of an accident, the renter shall not admit responsibility or liability. He must get the vehicle registration
details, names and addresses of the parties involved, including witnesses. The renter agrees not to abandon the
vehicle without adequate provision for securing and safe guarding the vehicle.
The renter shall immediately or within 24 hours upon the occurrence of an accident inform the police, authorities
and Avis nearest office. The renter shall then fill in Avis accident report form (which must also be filled if the vehicle
Orits accessories is stolen) and send it to the nearest Avis office within 24 hours. The renter shall remain liable
irrespective of whether he has completed this form with full details.

Delivery and Collections

All delivery and collections should be made on a request basis only request must be made to all stations. full
customer details must be provided (contact and location address) Delivery and Collection is available only during
station opening hours Delivery and Collection fee for Malacca rm180.00 oneway taxable Delivery and Collection
fees at Senai Airport, Johore Bahru will be Rm50.00 oneway taxable.

Delivery and collection service at LCCT is on request basis at the rate of rm30.00 oneway taxable 6 %. The request
for delivery and collection must be made at the time of reservation and not when the customer arrives at LCCT.
Customer who did not make prior arrangement for delivery to LCCT, they will have to wait to be delivered as there
was no information provided at the time of delivery.

For delivery to LCCT:

Customer must call Avis Klia at tel nbr 03-87874087 upon arrival at LCCT for their vehicle delivery.

For drop off at LCCT:

Customer must call Avis klia 03-87874087 one hour before check-in. Vehicle must check-in at Avis klia, basement
carpark and Avis staff will send customer to LCCT.

Drive on the left & seat belt is compulsory for front and back passenger.

Drivers Licence

The renter and additional drivers must be minimum 23 years and in possession of a valid national or international
driving licence. Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3
months. Probationer driver licence holders will not be accepted. An international driving licence is requester for
licences in non-roman alphabet.
Rule of the road: drive on the left and seat belt is complusory for front and back passengers.

Meet late arrival

On req basis at all locations.

Surcharge for late arrival or after hours pickup at KU4, KUA and JH2 will be rm100.00 taxable 6 %.

Reservations with expected arrival time at the following locations will be charged at :

PEN: 2130 HRS - 2359 HRS (RM100.00 TAXABLE 6 %)

AFTER 0000 HRS (RM150.00 TAXABLE 6 %)

Charge cards
American express, Avis, diners club, MasterCard and affiliates, visa and affiliates, Avis and Avis honoured travel
vouchers. cash payment are not possible at checkout and check-in.

Payment by personal cheque is not available

Debit card is not acceptable
Global electronic billing (Geb/web) only accepted on Avis accounts, not on Avis honoured credit and charge cards.

Motor Liability Insurancet

In accordance with insurance laws of the country. Unlimited public liability. Third party property damage up to RGT
100,000.00. Fire is included in the excess of RGT 2000.00.Car accessories are not covered.

One Way

Within country: all groups between Avis locations within Malaysia, one way fee of RM 250.00 (plus tax) will apply for
all intercity rental. All groups returning to non-Avis locations a charge will apply.
Outside country: cars are not allowed to be driven / enter into Thailand and Singapore.

PAI

Provides accidental death benefits of RGT 50,000 to the renter and RGT 50,000 for passengers.

*Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)-'the coverage protects the principle and 4 passengers in a vehicle for a total
amount of RM 100, 00.00 against bodily injuries. Coverage is extended to the principle hirer
24 hours during the entire duration of the hire.' sold at rental counter only.

SUPER CDW

*SCDW (referred to as NWC - Non Waiver Clause) sold at counter only excess clause

Super CDW reduces the renter's excess when accepted with CDW. In the event the renter sustains damage to avis
vehicle and the renter is found to be not at fault by the authorities, they are only liable to pay the reduced excess
clause (see below):

SCDW and CDW coverage will only be applicable subject to the compliance of a police report in reference to the
damages sustained to the vehicle. Should the renter be found negligent and summoned by the relevant authorities,

Note for winter equipment

AVIS would like to remind you that, for most Italian provinces, there is the requirement to fit winter tyres or have a
set of snow chains on board specifically for the type of vehicle hired in the period between November 15th and April
15th.
We recommend you to check in advance whether your travel itinerary covers one or more stretches of road where
this requirement is in force. This can be done by consulting the websites www.poliziadistato.it and www.mit.gov.it .
