Introduction

Aloe soap is made of aloevera,Lye(sodium hydroxide), Castor oil,coconut oil,olive oil


and tallow. Aloe vera is well known for its natural healing capability of the skin and
other skin issuse.The aloe vera is the best known and its prized in the health and beauty
worlds of healing properties.The gel and juices found inside aloevera became popular
herbal remedy that was used to help treat everything from skins issues.We decided to
produced this product to help others with some skins issues and etc.
Similar to other business,the purpose of the enterprise is to gain profit with customers
satisfaction it can also benefits the economy through contributing for the improvement of
the employment rate.It also benefits the advocacy of helping the environment.
The collection,analysis,and comprehensive study of the relevant information of the
proponents to give way to directly state that the product can really enter the
market.Careful management and intellectual compliance of procedures and processes of
the operation is needed to achieve success and to attain the projected profit even more.

Gantt Chart Explanation

 July 2019 to February 2020- Planning of the the project.

 4th week of July 2019-Seminar was conducted about aloe soap and
sanitation,product demonstration and testing of the product.

 2nd to 4th week of September 2019 is the product survey around pulong buhangin
Sta. Maria Bulacan.

 First semester of 2019 is the documentation and feasibility study of the product.

 2nd week of October to 1st week of November 2019-budget and capital allotment
of the founders of the project.

 3rd week of October to 1st week of November 2019-Negotiation of raw materials


to the suppliers.

 Last week of October to 1st week of November 2019-procurement of equipment


and raw materials from the supplier and preparation.

 1st and 2nd week of November 2019- Location set up and start of promotional
campaign of the project.

 2nd to 3rd week of November 2019 launching of the product to the market.

2nd semester of 2019-2020 operation of the project

Business Permit Registration

As a new project,it is required to have legal requirements in accordance to operate.


These requirements are composed of different permit and certification from legal
institution. These requirements are as follows:

●Articles of Partnership - an articles the agreement of the partnership in terms of


partnership name, business purpose,place place of the business, terms of
existence,partner’s circumstances, capital contribution,sharing ratios, and management of
the business.
●Community Tax Certificate of the Owners (Cedula)- every partners should have a
cedula of community tax certificate from the locality they reside.

●Certificate of the Barangay Clearance- a certificate that certifies the compliance of the
project with the barangay laws and requirements where the project is located
●Sanitary Permit- a permit that certifies that the projects had passed in the sanitary
inspection and standards

●Mayor’s Business Permit- a permit that certifies the compliance of the project with the
legal requirements in the municipality where the project is located.

“Aloe Soap” is composed by four (4) general partners that contribute their capital
and exert efforts in establishing “Aloe Soap” located at KM 39, Pulong Buhangin , Santa
Maria,Bulacan near at Anyhaw, Pulong Buhangin and in front of Nuestra Senora Deel
Carmen Institute. The founders bind their capital to establish and execute this project.

1.4 Form of Ownership

“Aloe Soap” is a partnership form of business ownership. Particularly general


partnership. General partnership is formed by two or more parties who work together to
carry on a business profit. All partners are responsible for assets, profits, and even
liabilities within the partnership as a separate entity. General partnership are managed
and controlled by general partners; General partners have authority to bind the
partnership. This management is composed of four (4) general partners.

1.5 Capital Distribution

To sustain the following needs of the project operation, which are the business pre-
operating process purchasing of raw materials and packaging, sanitary supplies project
utensils and equipment. The four (4) General partners provided the capital that is listed in
the table below

According to the article of labor code of the Philippines:

Article 83. Normal Hours of Work - The normal hours of work of any employee shall
not exceed eight (8) hours a day.
Article 85. Meal Periods- Subject to such regulations as the secretary of labor may
prescribes, it shall be the duty of every employer to give his employees not less than
sixty (60) minutes time-off their regular meals.

Article 87. Overtime Work - Work may be performed beyond eight (8) hours of day
provided the employees is paid for the overtime work.

Article 88. Under-time not offset by overtime - Under-time work on any particular day
shall not be offset by overtime work on any other day.

Article 89. Emergency Overtime Work - Any employee may be required by the
employer to perform overtime work

1.9 COMPANY POLICY

The employee must arrive 10 minutes before the start of the operation, no delayed of
operation and must do the assign task and must be customers friendly. The employees
should know and comply with the rules and regulation while on duty.

The daily operation of the project starts at 7am to 6:00 pm.The lunch break of the
employee is between 12pm to 1pm. The closing of operation is 6:01 to 7 pm includes the
cleaning of the project place.The company choose not to do shifting of employees
instead they choose to do a 12 hours of operation every day.

The uniform for the


employees are very
important not only to
look formal and
presentable but also to
prevent the contamination of the product from the bacteria coming from the employees.
We ensure that our employees will comply with the proper uniform to maintain the
cleanliness. No strong make-up and perfume. Wearing of slippers and accessories are not
allowed.

1.9.3 Company Benefits

The employer should obliged to pay for the benefits of their employee like
PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, AND SSS.

The National Health Insurance Program (NHIP), Formerly known as Medicare, is a


health insurance programfor SSS members and their dependents whereby the healthy
subsidize the sick who may find themselves in need of financial assistance when they get

It provides a package of benefits in the event of death, disability, sickness,maternity an d


old age. Basically , the SSS provides for a replacement of income lost on account of the
aforementioned contingencies.

1.9.4 Occupational Safety and Hazards (on site ).

Although work provides many economic and other benefits, a wide array of
workplace hazards also present risks to the health and safety of people at work. These
include but are not limited to, "chemicals, biological agents, physical factors, adverse
ergonomic conditions, allergens, a complex network of safety risks," and a broad range
of psychosocial risk factors.Personal protective equipment can help protect against many
of these hazards. We assure that whatever happens to the employees the company are
responsible for any damage may cause to the employees.
