Evaluation of maximum theoretical capacity of passengers


embarkation in case of emergency evacuation loading:

OSE ANITA 1 & 3: Total Number of Standing Persons evacuated: 105


OSE ANITA 1 & 3: Total Number of Seated Persons evacuated: 84

The selected calculation hypothesis are as follows:


1°) Occupation of all free deck surfaces of the vessel by:
- standing persons, (accounted with a density of 4 persons per square meter) OR
- persons seating on the floors, (accounted with a density of 2 persons per square meter)
on top of nominal number of passengers normally seated and of the crew.
2°) No Cargo Load carried on Forward Deck.
3°) A width of 710 mm main aisle must remain free on forward deck between the
wheelhouse door and the boat landing area. Similarly, the mooring area on the port side of
the forward deck must remain free. (see attached drawing)
4°) Respect of minimum Stability Criterion for Small Passengers Vessels in Intact State
(IMO A.167 & FMM 211) with the maximum number of evacuated persons standing or
seating in the two bunkering Loading Cases "Departure" and "Arrival".
5°) The mandatory Stability Criterion for Damage Stability, Passengers Crowding and
«Severe Wind & Rolling» IMO have not been taken into account.
6°) The density of evacuated persons may have to be reduced to comply with the
Criterion.
7°) The present study does not account for the maximum amount of passengers Life
Saving Appliances fitted or carried onboard.
