A multipurpose arena is a sort of construction that may be used for a variety of activities such as

sporting events, concerts, exhibits, and etc. However, due to the lack of a building to serve these types
of events and the expanding population of Montesunting, Carmen, and its neighbouring barangays, the
demand for such is growing.

As a result, the proposed project aims to assist in providing innovative service to its clients and is
aligned with the following long-term goals:

1. To provide venue for inhabitants of Montesunting, Carmen, Bohol, and the surrounding
barangays for leisure activities such as sport events and concerts.

2. To promote green engineering by adhering to DENR standards for reducing the impact of
building on the environment.

3. To provide venue for the "ORGANIZATION'S" in their gatherings and seminars.

4. To provide a practical, efficient, and safe building for the inhabitants' and visitors'
protection and wellbeing.
