Thank you for taking your time to conduct a survey for our study!

You are invited to take part in a research study whose purpose is to examine
perception of college athletic programs. For scientific reasons, this consent
form does not include complete information about the study hypotheses and
the research questions being tested. Also, the study will not be described
accurately or that some procedures will be deceptive. You will be fully
debriefed following your participation in the research.

This study is open to adults over the age of 18. Your decision to take part in
this study is voluntary. You are free to choose whether or not you will take part
in the study. Even if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind
and stop at any time.

Your participation will last about 10 minutes and you will be completing an
anonymous online survey.

This project is deemed as no more than minimal risk. The research team does
not foresee or anticipate any risk greater than that encountered in your routine
daily activities.

While you may not receive any direct benefit for participating, we hope that
this study will further researchers’ knowledge on sport management field. If
you are interested in learning the results of the study, you may contact the
researchers after 2/25/2022.

Your cost to participate in the study is the time that you will dedicate to this
activity.

Researchers will make no attempt to link your survey responses to you. We

may publish the results of this study but will not include any information that
would identify you.

After you complete this survey, please feel free to share it with your friends
and families.
