Key points to remember

 Do not provide links of questionnaires to respondents.

 We are ranking only those colleges who are offering full-time classroom courses.
 Not more than 2 faculties and 2 students’ interview can be taken from one campus.
 Faculty members must be at least 5 years experienced in teaching or in industry.
 The faculty who teaches at different reputed engineering and medical coaching institutes can
be interviewed. This will fall under Career Accelerator.
 Only final year students to be interviewed.
 The recruiters must have an experience of at least 5 years in industry and should personally
have actively participated in the recruiting process.
 Do not forget to take Recruiters’/ Professionals’ visiting card
 Recruiter & Professional ratio would be 70:30 per streams. That implies – 70% recruiters &
30% professionals to be covered per stream.
 Not more than 2 people can be interviewed from the same company and in such cases the
individuals should be from different streams/background e.g. one can be in the HR department
and other from the technical team.
 Section A: Profile according to relevance. Only one profile in a questionnaire will be filled
based on the respondent’s category.
 Q.B1The respondents should be encouraged and thoroughly probed for extempore ranking
(without the help of the show card). After respondent says he/she cannot recall more only then
provide the show card asking them to rank colleges further. Try to take unaided as much as
possible.
 Ask respondents to rate colleges they ranked on a scale of 1-10 on following 5 parameters:
i. Intake Quality & Governance
ii. Academic Excellence
iii. Infrastructure & Living Experience
iv. Personality & Leadership Development
v. Career Progression & Placement
 Similarly, Q.B3 ask respondents to rank colleges/ institutes at zonal level and also give rating
on a scale of 1-10 where 1 = Very Poor & 10 = Excellent
 There is a chance of respondent taking names which are not in the show card, so write the full
name and city of the colleges. If the college is already there in the show card then just mention
the code and fill other details later on This will save time and help in keeping the respondent
concentrated.
 Interview respondents from the list provided by MDRA. Any interview out of this list will not
be accepted.
