Project Title: Project PASS ( Pupils Academic Success in all Subject)

Problem Statement: There are some subject areas did not meet the 75% Mean Percentage Score
in the recent quarterly examinations.
S.Y. 2019-2022
Project Objective Statement: To increase the Mean Percentage Score (MPS) in Quarterly Test in
English, Mathematics, Science, Filipino and Araling Panlipunan to 75% for S.Y. 2019-
2022.

Root Cause:

 Insufficient learning materials.

 Teaching strategies and pedagogy are ineffective
 Low mastery of Fundamental Operation
 Insufficient interest of the Pupils to learn the subject.
