1- SCOPE

To provide Red Dye on top of the already installed Duct Bank.

2- REFERENCE

3- SAFETY

3.1 Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Construction Manual and any other
applicable safety requirements during work execution.

3.2 Obtain proper work permit for the activity and implement the
recommendations.

3.3 PPE’s shall be worn by personals.

4- WORK PROCEDURE

4.1 Expose the aggregate by chipping out the top of the duct bank
concrete.

4.2 Clean the surface with wire brush and remove any foreign material or
dust.

4.3 Apply bonding agent prior to application of plaster material mixed with
red dye.

4.4 Apply 20mm plaster (Ratio 1:3 of cement:sand) mix with red dye on top
of concrete.

4.5 Plaster shall be cured for 24 hours.

4.6 Inspect the work with TPSA and backfill the area after approval.
