This property is Ancestral and Gifted in nature. Aluri Ashok acquired the property from
Sri.Aluru Venkateswarlu, S/o Prakasam., executed a Gift Settlement Deed with Regd Doc No.
Prakasam., Possessed the entire property on 04/08/2016 and handed over the schedule property
on the same day. As per the available documents and recitals in the documents Aluri Ashok is the
Owner of the property and enjoying the schedule mentioned property without interruption from
the date of Settlement to till date. Possession and Enjoyment Certificate issued by Village Revenue
Thulluru Village,Thullur Mandal, Guntur District., Measuring 145.2 Sq.Ydsa, on 23/02/2022 for 15
years and above. This Certificate issued in favour of Aluiri Ashok.. Presently Aluri Ashok having an
extent of 145.2 Sq Yards. He was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule property
