Concerns:
FH12, FM12, NH12.

Problem:
Fuel dilution in the engine oil.

Reason:
Could be a crack in the area of the copper sleeve (mostly cylinder no. 3 and 4).

Action:
Pressure test the cylinder head- ref. to Service Bulletin 230 61 01.
If there is a fuel leakage (see arrows), change the cylinder head.
(Please mark the crack in the cylinder head clearly.)
