there are numerous ways of gambling involving various games and activities. Gambling and
gaming can be online or through casino tables. Gambling through casino tables is a team-
building event that adds a competitive element to sports (Ukhov et al., 2021). Through gambling,
one does not need to wait for days, months, or years to be a millionaire; thus, the phrase; a
millionaire by midnight. People compete to win the most money on offer after-dinner activities
in team building. The event works best after conferences, dinner, drink receptions, etc. Casino
table gaming involves various activities such as air hockey, poker, giant Scalextric, roulette, etc
(Ukhov et al., 2021). There are other forms of gambling, such as betting on sporting activities
such as football, basketball, netball, among other sporting activities. This is also an opportunity

cohesive bond will enhance productivity and create a good work environment.
One reason for team building is to network, socialize, know team members better. One

reach their potential enables the team to achieve its collective goal and potential.

culture refers to attitudes, goals, norms, and values found within an organization. Company
culture defines the working environment and determines the company's profile. Most job seekers
value company culture with about 46% of them who consider company culture as the first factor
to consider while looking for a job opportunity. Companies can improve their culture through

regular team-building events that allow management to understand employees' needs and wants.
In some companies, employees have a different culture from management, thus making it
important to find a middle ground to create a positive environment (Lacerenza et al., 2018).

Lastly, companies spend their fortunes on team buildings activities to improve team
member morale and engagement. Through team-building activities, employees get something
common to discuss that is not related to work. Team building activities help employees break
down communication barriers, thus improving their engagement with others. Improved morale
and engagement results in efficient and effective work (Lacerenza et al., 2018). With efficient
and effective work, companies are likely to increase their productivity, which yields revenue.
