COMPANY POLICIES AND COC PURPOSES

International Institute Of Digital Marketing™ LLC is committed to preserving the privacy of


those who inquire, purchase or enroll in our programs. This document, as our official Privacy
Policy, will outline how we gather and utilize various sources of information obtained by
International Institute Of Digital Marketing™ LLC. This Privacy Statement is incorporated into
International Institute Of Digital Marketing™'s Terms of Service by reference, as if set forth
fully therein, which must be reviewed and accepted by you.

International Institute of Digital Marketing™ is a certifying body founded in the USA by


several long-standing marketers. We have years of experience in business, marketing,
and more, and have put forth our combined experience to develop IIDM.

Our mission is to puts forth the energy, devotion, and strength to make Digital Skills and
the principles of Digital Marketing available and accessible to anyone and everyone who
needs to develop their marketing skills in the digital age.

The International Institute Of Digital Marketing™ requires all trainees to act in accordance with
the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and behavior. This Code sets out the standards of
conduct that all trainees must comply with. Disciplinary action will be taken if these criteria are
not met. If the act been violated in a serious offense, it can lead to immediate termination from
the training. In cases where a violation of the policy involves a breach of any law, then the
relevant government authorities or the police may be notified.
STANDARDS OF CONDUCTS

• Trainees are required to follow all the regulations listed.


• Trainees must be devoted to the training for the duration of the training. Giving attention and
fulfilling all the training requirements as reasonably necessary for the employee to perform their
duties within the working hours set.
• Refrain from discriminatory, bullying, or harassing behavior toward other trainees or the IIDM™
team.
• Trainees are not allowed to make any statements about the company on social media or any
other public platform that may harm the company's reputation.
• Trainees are not allowed to discriminate against individual's characteristics, including
(but not limited to) sex, race, disability, pregnancy, age, marital status, or sexual orientation;
• Trainees must ensure and maintain punctuality in attending the trainer's live Zoom classes, to
respect other members and IIDM™ team.
• Trainees are required to maintain the training and, after the accomplishment of the training with
the company, the confidentiality of any confidential information, records, or other materials
acquired during the training.
• Trainees cannot share personal information with anybody such as home/university/college/
workplace address, social media platforms' user names and passwords, phone numbers/
Whatsapp, or any confidential and private documents.
• Trainees must act formally and professionally during the training, both toward other trainees and
the IIDM™ team.
• Trainees should report any conduct of other trainees in breach of any of the above, or potentially
in violation of any of the above, without delay.
• Trainees must be engaged in group works or discussion in peace, no provoking or harassing
allowed.
