school structures. The Bids are in the following LOTS.

A compulsory site visit will be done on Friday, 11th February, 2022. Contractors will wait after Lafarge Cement
mafuctuaring company entrance gate at 9.15am and they shall be lead to the site from these point. Time of departure
to the site is 10.00am.

Bidding documents shall be send through email address to the project manager. This is a “Labour & Plant &
Machinery only” bid and all materials shall be procured by the client. Attach cover letter of each LOT in PDF
format.

Deadline for submission is 12.00hrs on Friday 18th February 2022.

Please note that we have invited 8 contractors on this tender. Each LOT will be considered separately. Each
contractor will not be allowed to be awarded more than 2 LOTS. We advise the bidders to consider all LOTS in this
tender.
