have leadership or must they
learn it?

leadership of your country?
Leadership is a set of skills that are used to lead and
accompany a group of people.A leader must not only
influence his group, but also provide innovative ideas and
motivate others.
I believe that there are people who have innate abilities, but
without any training to manage teams. On the other hand,
there are people who do not have leadership attitudes, but
are educated and trained to be great leaders.
Because it is then, the ability and ability to influence all an
organization, with the purpose to lead her to achieve specific
goals and to improve performance.
Being the president of the highest authority in our country, he
has shown that he lacks leadership, and his attitudes have
not been worthy of imitation or applause.

Leadership basically consists of a way of being, since the
leader is being formed day by day: in passion for the mission,
in action and in fundamental values. In addition, a leader
must not only delegate responsibilities but must expand
power to others, be humble and consider himself
substitutable.
ACTIVE LISTENING, observing and asking, offers confidence,
openness, firmness. It is no longer just about knowing what
needs the teams have, but also about actively listening to
them, that is, gathering all their ideas and contributions and
putting them into practice.
It was Maharaja Ranjit Singh, leader of the Sikh Empire in the
early 19th century, who led the poll of the greatest leaders in
world history.
It would be a pleasure to take the leadership course to know
how to inspire co-workers and how to organize the work so
that it can be done efficiently and carry out the achievement
of various objectives.
