Appendix to Car-Lease Contract / (conditions)
Further to the terms and conditions depicted on the first page of this contract, the leaser - Key Rent-a-car Limited - and the leasee have agreed as follows:

1. Introduction:
The Car statement and appendix of car handover to the lessee is an integral part of the Car-lease contract.

2. Maintenance:
the lessee herein acknowledges that he received the car in good condition, hence agreed to extend proper care to such car and shall be fully responsible for any damage that may occur to such car due to negligence as
to engine oil change, necessary lubrication, radiator water or air for tires… etc.

3. Oil Change and Lubrication:

The lessee shall change oil for the engine as per instructions available at the front left side of the leased car, and shall be fully responsible for non-compliance to such instructions along with expenses and charges incurred.

4. Fuel:
The lessee shall pay for fuel and shall return the car and the tank filled at the same level of fuel which was in the tank at the time of the executing the car-lease contract, and shall use only premium fuel, and shall carry out
any shortage to the quantity upon the car return.

5. Method of Payment:
The agreed upon car rent shall be partially paid in advance for agreed upon lease period based on the daily car rent multiplied by the number of days as an advance payment. Upon the completion of the agreed upon lease
period, e.g the date specified to return the car to the lessor's office, the final rent shall be calculated taking into account the number of additional kilometers and hours beyond the limits permitted.

In case the lessee deposited a cash guarantee the lessor shall have the right to utilize such guarantee or part of it at the final settlement of remaining rent or such cash guarantee shall be refunded upon returning the car
taking into consideration that such cash guarantee shall be refunded upon returning the car taking into consideration that such guarantee is not by nature covering the car's rental value.

6 . Change of car lease period and location:

Should the lessee whises to change the car rent period after receiving the car, e.g. increase or decrease of the lease period or changing the lease hours that agreed upon, the lessee must notify the lessor in writing
forty eight (48) hours prior to the expiry of the agreed upon period. This is important so as to ensure proper leasing: subsequently, the lessee must report to the lessor's office to pay for the rent period agreed upon.
In case the lessee is delayed for forty eight (48) hours, the lessee shall carry out the leasing value +50% of the daily lease value for the period including accidents costs coverage.

7 . Utilization of the car leased:

7-1 The lessee herein undertakes upon the execution of the lease contract NOT to use the car for the following purposes:
7-2 Transportation of goods that have conflicts with the custom laws or any other illegal purposes of against the laws of Saudi Arabia.
7-3 Shall not transport passengers against cash or otherwise hence such was expressly or implied between the lessee and the passenger (s).
7-4 To Push or tow a car or truck whatsoever.
7-5 Car race competitions.
7-6 Not to drive the car beyond the specified area without a prior written consent from the lessor.
7-7 Not to allow any person to drive the car while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7-8 The car must be driven only by the lessee or his/her authorized driver as per this contract.
Shall not release the car to another person(s)-third party(s) - or those learning how to drive. The lessee shall bear consequences in case he/she violates such condition.

8 . General Liabilities:
The lessee once signs the lease contract, agrees as follows:
8-1 The minimum car rented period is twenty four (24) hours, and the customer should pay for every extra hour pass the contract expiration.
8-2 In case where the car rent is paid based on kilometers, the mileage shall be taken into account for such calculation. The car mileage meter readings shall be recorded at the time the car handed over to the lessee
and when thecar is returned to the leaser's office.
8-3 The lessee herein undertakes not to break or damage the seal that is installed on the mileage meter or alter the same in any way, and further undertakes to carry out a fine of SR 2000 as a minimum in case the
lease violates such condition and shall not object to pay such fine.
8-4 The lessee is responsible to pay the car rent when such car is out of use due to traffic violation(s) or such car is under repair due to negligence by the lessee.
8-5 The lessee shall carry out any fines or reqirements by the governmental authorities or any other official departments up to the date and time that the car is returned to the lessor's office provided such car must
be returned in good condition.

9 . The leaser shall not be responsible whatsoever for any loss to property or damages to such property if the lessee kept such property inside the leased car during and (after) the lease period. Furthermore,
the lessee herein agreed to release the leaser from any liability as a result of such loss or damage.

10 . Insurance:
10-1 The car is fully insured against collision, roll over and fire by an insurance policy and as indicated on the first page of this contract.
10-2 However, the following items are not covered by such insurance.
10-3 Towing or transporting the car to the lessor's workshop for repair. in case fault is mainly by leaser resulting From force majeure, e.g earthquakes, wars, sandstorm, sabotage or terrorists acts,
natural disaster…etc.
10-4 Damages due to driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or megligence by the driver. The insurance coverage does not include tires, rims, radio, cassette recorder, front and rear windshields.

11. cancellation of insurance Coverage:

The insurance coverage shall be cancelled in one of the following events:
11-1 Non completion of the contract as per the lease period agreed upon or extension of such period.
11-2 Failure to request extension of the lease period in writing (companies)
11-3 The car is driven by non-authorized person as per the contract or company written authorization letter.
11-4 Violating of applicable Saudi Arabian traffic regulations.
11-5 Non presentation of acceptable proof evidencing the occurrence of an accident(s).
11-6 Leaving the engine starter key inside the car.
11-7 In the event the lessee or its representative(s) waived the damages resulting from an accident and in such case the lessee shall pay all financial obligations related to the accident either for the lessee or others.
11-8 In case the lessee drives the car beyond the specified area as per the contract.

12. Accidents:
12-1 In case of car accident that leads to car damage or damage to others, e.g. roll over collision with other car or persons, fire, theft or other, the lessee herein undertakes to report such accident immediately
to the traffic department so as to investigate the accident and obtain final report from official authorities; furthermore, the lessee shall not waive the lessor's rights against the other party and shall deliver such
reports to the lessor's nearest office where the accident occurred in order to enable the lessee shall carry out full responsibility as to losses incurred due to such accident or damages to the car leased.
12-2 The lessee shall, upon the finalization of the papers and reports related to the accident from the traffic department, carry out an accident charges, as follows:
SR 1000 for A & B car category, SR 1500 for C&D car category, SR 2000 for E car category, SR 3000 for F, G & H car category.

13. The lessee shall carry out full responsibility for losses incurred due to accident or damages to the car or third parties committed by a driver who is not permitted to drive the car as per the contract hence
such driver is not covered by insurance.

14. The lessee shall carry out all traffic violations or breaches to the Saudi Arabian traffic regulations and shall pay for the period which the car was held by the traffic department as well as full price of the
car in case such car is confiscated by competent authorities.

15. The lesser shall have the right to retrieve the leased car through competent authorities and at the leasee's expense without prior notice in one of the following events:
a. if the lessee does not return the car on the specified date as per the contract.
b. Utilization of the leased car in other purposes other than that specified in the car lease contract.
c. if the lessee furnished the lessor with incorrect information and data when rented the leased car.

The final Settlement:

The lessee shall, upon the completion of the lease period, return the leased car to the lessor office at the date and time specified in the lease contract and shall pay for an extended period and settle the
entire eligible car rent as per the condition taking into account normal use.

16. Leaser Liability:

The leaser shall not be responsible whatsoever towards the lease or third party(s) as to accident(s), breakdown during the rental period or extended period(s) except as provided by the insurance policy.
moreover, the leaser shall not be liable toward any loss, delay, prevention from using the leased car due to breakdown or not usage of the leased car.

17. Disputes:
17-1 in the case of dispute arises hence was not possible to resolve such dispute amicable by the parties herein, such dispute shall be transferred to the competent court in Saudi Arabia and the decision
of such court shall be final binding on the lease.
17-2 The lease shall carry out all fines, penalties and lawyer's fees related to the leasee's negligence, omission or breach to the car lease contract.

18. SIMAH
Hereby, I the undersigned agree to provide KEY CAR RENTAL CO.LTD. with information that it requires for the establishing and/or auditing and/or administrating my accounts and facilities there with
and I authorize it to obtain and collect any information as it deems necessary or in need for regarding me, my accounts and facilities therewith, from the Saudi credit bureau (SIMAH) and to disclose
and share (inclusive of data pooling) that information to the said company (SIMAH) in accordance with the membership agreement and code of conduct approved or to any other agency approved
by Saudi Arabian monetary agency (SAMA)

19. This contract is made of one original and three copies each of which is given to the parties herein hence the original is to be kept by the leaser. In witness there of, the parties herein or
their authorized representative(s) signed this contract.
