CeDRE International is a leading development & research Center based in Malaysia focusing on integrated results-based
management (IRBM), monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and applications. It has a strong presence internationally
and its clients include agencies such as the World Bank, UNDP, UNDESA, UNOPS, ADB, AfDB, Commonwealth Secretariat,
ASEAN Secretariat, AusAID, USAID. It has an extensive base of country clients in Asia, Africa, Middle East, and Latin America.
Its core business revolves around the IRBM system and related areas that focus on: a. Policy & technical advisory services;
b. Consultancy and training services; c. R&D work, and d. Software design and development.
As part of its global product and services expansion programme, CeDRE International has vacancies for two positions for its
software development department. We are inviting highly dynamic and self-motivated individuals to apply for following

Job Summary
Candidate is expected to carry out software related development work for the company including: software design,
development and deployment, CeDRE server management, and IT security matters.
Work Details:
Position Start Date: Latest: 1 June, 2022; Earliest Date: 15 May, 2022.
Office hours: 0900 – 1800 hours from Monday to Friday; Saturdays: 0800-1300 hours (IST).
Work Place & Location: Project office is in Tiruchy, Tamil Nadu.
For specific projects, temporary work at client country premises may be required; Occasional work related travel to
Headquarters in Malaysia and branches in Australia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Southern Africa, Sri Lanka may be required.
Due to the ongoing CoViD19 crisis and movement controls in place, working online from home may be required.
Candidate must possess their own laptop with access to reliable electricity and high-speed internet to carry out their
work from home during lockdown periods where applicable. When working from the project office, suitable computers
and internet will be available.
Weekend work on Sundays may be required during specific peak periods. Sundays worked can be replaced with days off
during off peak periods.
Flexible working hours possible during off peak or off project periods (where relevant and subject to approval).
No overtime payable but days in lieu (replacement days) of weekends worked are allowed.
Report to CeDRE Operations Manager at Project Office (Tiruchy, Tamil Nadu) who will be the immediate supervisor.
Performance review will be by the CeDRE Operations Manager at Project Office and the Chief Operating Officer, CeDRE
International in Malaysia.
