Context
The system can detect the antenna connection sequence of a specified RRU. By adjusting
the down tilt, the system reads the changes of the reverse receive power to determine
whether the RRU is connected properly, and displays the data in a table.
Prerequisite
l The NE is communicating with the network management system properly.
l More than two RET devices have been configured on the RRU and are operating
properly.
Steps
1. On the Radio Frequency Analysis tab, select Radio Frequency Analysis >
Antenna Connection Sequence Detection. The Antenna Connection Sequence
Detection tab is displayed.
2. Click on the toolbar. The Set dialog box is displayed.
3. Select an NE in the navigation tree. Select the RRU to be detected from the RRU
drop-down list on the right.
4. In the Set threshold for power fluctuation area, set Minimum power (dBm) and
Maximum power (dBm).
5. Click OK.
6. Click on the toolbar. The Confirm dialog box is displayed. Enter the verification
code and click OK. Antenna connection sequence detection starts. The detection
result is displayed in the list.
Notice!
Antenna connection sequence detection interrupts services. Before the operation, first
make sure that there is no critical alarm on the desired RRU.
