Q. Tell me about yourself

Ans. Good morning, ma’am thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My
name is Peter Ritz M. Canico I am from saint joseph institute of technology I have completed my degree
in Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation. We are seven members in my family and my hubbies
are fixing motor cycle parts and cooking. My strength is hard works never give up and being flexible to
learn new things and that’s all about me.

Tip # 3 make sure you research the company you’re applying to join

Q. I’m really impressed by your values and mission statement. I find that many of the things that
are important to this company are also important to me I always admired the way that this company has
had such a strong focus on delivering top quality costumer service. In my own experience I have found
that costumers are the most important factor to achieving the top levels of success.

Tip # 4 Ask a smart question in the end of the interview.

Q. Do you have a question for us?

Ans. What is the office culture social side of the company like? What short of training is involve?
How is my performance measured?

Tip # 5 Sell your self positively and confidently when they say to you

Q. Why should we hire you?

Ans. You should hire me because I am the type of person are very good at working under
pressure and I actually prefer to be in situation where the pressure is on because I believe this is where
at my best. I will work hard I will never let you down and I always act like as a positive role model when
dealing with clients if you hire me for this position, you will quickly see a positive return on your
investment.

Tip # 6 Where possible, give evidence of how you have performed in the past

Q. Tell me about you have conflict with a team?

Ans. I had a disagreement of my team one employee was upset that I was chosen to lead the
campaign over them and refuse to complete their task I ask them to meet privately to learn why they
were upset I listend to their side and told them that I understood where they were coming from.
Tip # 7 Always show respect and manner to the interviewer.

Ans. Hand shake before leaving.
