Title of Project:

Event Management System for Happenings


Objectives:
The main objective of this project is to simply the process of
the managing the events that is held every year in our
college.
This Event management system well help us manage,

1. The participants who’ve taken parts in our various


college events.

2. The organizers will be able to track and manage the


participants easily through a user friendly dashboard.

3. Each event will have a manager/managers assigned to it,


and they’ll be able to manage their particular event
participants.

4. A user friendly UI for the participants where they will be


able to participate in various events.

5. A feature for participants to pay the event fee


online/offline mode.

Number of modules and their names with description:


1. User module
 User will be able to login into the platform and will be
able to participate into the various events.

2. Event module
 Events will be created by the Admins with all the details
required, and then those events will be visible to the
users. Dashboard will be provide to the Admins where
they can easily create and handle the events, and they
can also register and assign managers to that particular
event.

3. Admin module
 As discussed above, admins will be able to create and
manage the events on the platform, and can also
manage the registered users, as well as the managers on
the platform.

4. Manager module
 Managers will be responsible to manage the particular
event participants and they will be allocated by the
admins on a particular event.

5. Payment gateway module


 A payment gateway for the participants where they will
be able to pay online. And offline option will also be
available.

Functionality and Scope of each module :


1. User Module:
a. Registration
b.Login
c. Participating into various events
d.Paying online/offline for the event.
e. Contact/Help
f. Logout
Admin Functionality:
a. Add/Update/Delete Events.
b.Add/Update/Delete Managers.
c. Add/Update/Delete Admins.
d.Update/Delete Users.
e. User Details in Tabular format.
f. Filters like – Paid/Unpaid/Unverified Users.

Scope:
1. Event Organizers will be able to identify and manage the
participants who’ve taken parts in our various college
events.

participants easily through a user friendly dashboard.

and they’ll be able to manage their particular event
participants.
