1 Installation checked as per Approved Drawing

2 Check dampers tag number according to approved drawing.

3 Check the location ,elevation and orientation of the damper for

correctness.

4 Check if the access door,adjacent to the damper is correct.

5 Check if the dampers are internally clean.

6 Ensure the damper mechanism has been lubricated(where applicable).

7 Check the free movement of the blade mechanism,also check for the

correct internal sealing.

8 Check if there is adequate space available to do maintenance on the

actuator and its control Panel in case of Motorsied Fire Damper

9 Check for installation of Fusible Link in case of Fusible Link Dampers

9 Check if the indicator arm is installed in the correct position.

10 Check installed bushings (Nylon,pvc or bronze self-lubricating for

manual dampers).

11 Check fire dampers are correct(Is it conforming to the UL 555).

12 Check if fire dampers have asbestos free & SS/Bronze self-lubricating

bushings..

13 Check associated insulation and cladding for completeness & quality.
