Notes on the Essential Newcomers Techniques CD

The techniques included on this CD are:

It is recommended but not essential that the KS student study the Kathara Level-1 materials (information &
techniques) before starting the techniques on this Essential Newcomers CD‟s (KA1-M/ 2DVD-3CD). Kathara Level-1
contains the most important initial „activating‟ and protection technique (the Maharic Seal) in addition to the
associated technical information. The Maharic Seal technique is also distributed freely on the Azurite Press web site
(www.azuritepress.com) and in many publications, including the Voyager I and II Books (VVI‟ & „VVII). Pre-recorded
versions of this technique can be found in the ‘KA1-M/2DVD/3CD’ and „BT/CD’ products.

All the Symbol Codes required for the activations on these Essential Newcomers CD‟s are included with this package
(8-page handout) in black and white. Coloured versions of these Symbol Codes and further background information
and available in the new “Dance for Life, Love & Freedom” Manual (DFM). Although the black and white codes are
sufficient, the colour codes enhance the intensity of the activations and expose the KS student or Kathara Healing
facilitator to finer sub-harmonics (which are perceived as colour) held within the codes.

It is recommended that the Eckasha Maharic Seal be performed at least twice a day (morning and evening) and also
immediately prior to any other technique or when extra field „protection‟ is required. This technique creates a powerful
„protection field‟ and provides the „carrier wave‟ for the frequencies associated with all other Keylontic Science
techniques. After a period of practicing the Eckasha Quick Seal daily, you may choose to replace it (for all or some of
your technique sessions) with the next level of protection technique called the Amoraea Buffer. This technique and
the background information are found in the “Dance For Life, Love, Freedom Manual” (DFM) and pre-recorded
versions of the technique are in the Activated Flame Body Technique CD set (AFT/4CD).

To avoid „frequency over-load‟ or „field saturation‟, it is recommended that you do not do all the techniques on the Newcomer
CD‟s all at once. If you do, it is likely that your bio-energetic system will become „saturated‟ and temporarily shut itself down to
avoid further frequency accretion. Such frequency „saturation‟ may cause physical discomfort such as headache or
generalised aches and pains. It may take a day or two for the physical symptoms to settle while your bio-field re-balances itself
and integrates the new high frequencies but each person is different with respect to the amount of time it takes to integrate the
high frequencies. It is very much a case of „more haste less speed‟. PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE are critical to swift
and safe frequency accretion and DNA activation, with „little and often‟ being the optimal approach.

The detailed background information in the Level-1 Kathara Bio-Spiritual Healing system™ (KA1-M/2DVD/3CD), the
Dance For Life, Love, Freedom manual (DFM) and Dance For Life, Love, Freedom & Joy DVD products will greatly
enhance the integration of the frequencies associated with the Essential Newcomer techniques. This in turn will
increase personal satisfaction in this process. Although these other additional programs are all highly recommended,
one does not need to study them all in order to benefit from the techniques on this CD.

If you choose to continue to study higher levels of the materials and practice the more advanced levels of the
techniques (such as the Flame Body Activations, „Dance For‟ Program or Kathara Level 2/3), it is recommended that
you continue the Eckasha Maharic Shield and the High Veca Code induction techniques (Induction of the Eckasha
God Seed Symbol; restoring the Meajhe Field; Photo - Sonic Healing; Phase-2 Veca Symbol Code Induction -
IahaiA, LehaiA, & UrimanU symbol codes) on a regular basis.

Recommendations to assist in integration of the information and high frequencies:
Develop a physical exercise program directed toward increasing both cardio-vascular fitness and muscle strength.
Practicing a little and often will significantly increase your frequency-holding capacity, in addition to assisting in
easing physical symptoms that may be associated with frequency accretion and miasmic clearing.

Take a salt-soda bath (or just soak your feet) every 2 days or so (table or bath salts mixed in equal parts with
standard baking soda mixed into a full tub of warm bath water). This will gently assist in miasmic clearing.

Remember you are drawing the frequencies associated with the Living, Conscious Expressions of God Source into
your Bio-Spiritual system (including physical body). These frequencies are also Expressions of Yourself! Greet and
welcome them as you would a long lost and beloved friend or family member, and you will greatly enhance your
experience and journey.

ManU Technique - 5: The IAHAIA CODE

The Iahaia Code is the first of FOUR ManU Veca Codes.

This technique initiates the opening of the Dimension-1 Chi to Dimension-13 KEE ManU doorway,
beginning activation of the Eckasha Force rays within the Dimension-1 "Cave of Creation" point, the first of
the First 8 Cells in the Tailbone and the Neutron Windows within the Atomic structure. Optical Pineal
induction of the Iahaia Symbol Code progressively activates the ManU Rays within the Density-1 Body
(Density = Harmonic Universe) and brings the ManU Phase of the Eckasha 12-Point Merkaba Vehicle into
temporary activation.

Perform the Eckasha Maharic Seal then run the Magic Words of Co-Creation Sequence from ManU
Technique-1 (following page) TWELVE Times while focusing eyes in a slight-cross focus on the Iahaia

Pineal Induction of the Lehaia and UrimanU Symbol Codes
Perform Pineal Induction of each of the codes below (look at them with a slightly crossed eyed but relaxed
gaze). When ready, exhale a stream of Indigo (D-6 Indigo Blue) current from Chakra-6 (3rd Eye) into the
code, then inhale the Indigo Blue current back into pineal with code attached to the end of it. Exhale and
relax. With the eyes closed now, spend a few moments „feeling‟ the Symbol Code frequencies spread
throughout your bio-field.

The Symbol Codes can be further activated within your bio-field by singing The Magic Words of Co-
Creation (previous page) while looking at the Symbol Codes.
