Prof. Educ. 13: Teaching Internship
My Artifacts
Teaching internship gives me the opportunities to apply what I have
learned in actual classroom practice. With this, it helps me to improve my
teaching skills to be an effective and efficient teacher in the near future.
These experiences will give me strength in my chosen profession that
being an educator is one of the keys to alleviate success of every learner.

Teaching internship gives me the chance to work under a second

teacher who shall serve as my mentor. That guides me how teacher work
inside the classroom; what are the do’s and don’ts; my class schedule;
provides me the copies of textbooks and other academic related materials.
Through my cooperating teacher, I am now familiar with the policy and

community resources available; and areas of concern to the school and
community.

Performance Task 1:

facilitate.

As a future educator, it is important to me to be knowledgeable on the existing
laws in the teaching profession and how this affects the teaching and learning
