-My Philosophy of Teaching-

I believe that the learner is someone unique and willing to take risks. Someone who has a
quest for knowledge that pushes through all of the challenges and know how and when to ask for
help. His focus is on the lesson and always ready to embrace new way of thinking and determined
to succeed.

I believe that I should teach the learners to strive for excellence and shape their minds for
the great possibilities of the world that God has created. I should teach them with essential
knowledge to develop their skills and full potential.

By guiding them and serves as a role model in which they will motivate and encourage to
strive for excellence. I will establish a mutually respectful, honest rapport with the learners, and
relationship in which communication is the highest priority. I also keep an eye on them in
monitoring their own progress and provide feedback if necessary for their improvements.

I believe that the classroom should be a safe, motivating, and caring community where
every learner has given the chance to speak their mind, heart, and soul. I will inspire my learners
to bring out their best and help them to grow in order to become a productive member of the
community as well as to make a difference.
