JFD Limited standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all services supplied by NHC, in addition to the following special terms and conditions
which apply to this requirement.

Student Cancellation
If cancellation of a booking is made by the Student, the whole fee will be refundable, provided cancellation is notified to the Company more than
28 days in advance of the commencement date of the course.
If cancellation is received less than 28 days the following policy will be applied:

• Less than 28 days but more than 14 days before commencement, the Student can transfer onto a future course and the monies can be
transferred without forfeit**.
If the Student does not wish to transfer then a £150 cancellation fee will be retained by the company.

• Less than 14 days but more than 7 days before commencement, the Student can transfer onto a future course for a transfer fee of £50.
If the Student does not wish to transfer then 50% of the full course fee will be retained by the company.

• Less than 7 days before commencement, the Student can transfer onto a future course for a transfer fee of £100**.

**This applies to one transfer only, if the Student wishes additional transfers, then a transfer fee of £150 will be applied per transfer.
If the Student does not wish to transfer then there will be no refund of monies paid.
Company Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel the course if insufficient numbers of students have signed up for the course. In the event of such a cancellation by
the Company, for whatever reason, the whole course fee will be returned to the Student. The Company does not accept any liability for associated costs,
such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings, should they have to cancel a course. A final decision on whether the course will run will be taken 14
days prior to the start date of the course and if such cancellation is to take place you will be notified by phone or email on that day.

Non Attendance
If a Student fails to attend a course they are booked on, then the Company reserves the right to retain any monies paid and the Student will not be eligible to
transfer the monies onto any future courses.

Early Leavers
Any student who has to leave the course for any medical reason beyond their control, and can prove this by production of a doctor’s note to that effect, will
be able to complete their course at a subsequent date to be agreed mutually.

Qualifications and Medical Certification

Where experience, medical fitness or a qualification is a pre-requisite for a course, then students must provide appropriate documentational evidence prior to
commencement of the course.

Failure of Course
The Company will endeavour to do everything it can to assist the Student to pass the course. On the rare occasion the Student fails the assessment or
examination set out, the Company will not refund any monies paid.

GDPR Consent to Process Special Category Personal Data

I, the undersigned, understand that as part of the course(s) for which I have applied, I may be required to undergo medical examination on the instruction
of, or provide copies of my medical records to, JFD Limited. I freely consent to JFD Limited storing the results of any such medical examination or copies
of my medical records for the purposes of certifying that I am medically fit to attend and complete the course(s). I consent to this information being
transferred to such third parties as may be necessary to obtain any relevant certifications, or to provide evidence of my having completed the course(s). I
understand that I am entitled to withdraw this consent at any time.
