SAILING PLAN REPORT (CHILREP SP):
(1) An SP should be sent within 24h prior or up to 2h after entry into the CHILREP area or departure from a port within the CHILREP
area. The SP should contain information necessary to initiate a plot and give an outline of the intended passage.
(2) The report comprises CHILREP SP followed by lines which give an outline of the vessel’s intended passage as indicated in (a), (b),
(c) or (d):
(a) SP on entering the CHILREP area. Lines: A, F, G, H, K, L, M, N, V, X of the basic format; or
(b) SP submitted on departure from a port within the CHILREP area to a port outside the CHILREP area. The report may
be submitted prior to sailing and up to 2h after departure. Lines: A, F, H, I, K, L, M, N, V, X of the basic format; or
(c) SP submitted on departure from and to a port within the CHILREP area. The report may be submitted prior to sailing and
up to 2h after departure. Lines: A, F, H, J, K, L, M, N, V, X of the basic format; or
(d) SP submitted when transiting the CHILREP area from and to a port not in the CHILREP area. Lines: A, F, G, H, I, K, L,
M, N, V of the basic format.
