Advancements of data connected to the technology are the key driver of huge changes on
the planet economy just as of advancement forms and the improvement procedure itself in
most mechanical territories and for most networks. Though it is late but its quick spread has
added to the rise of new types of business and business strategy and social improvement.
Nowadays world depends on IT because it has made the conditions for the development of
advancement and profitability, a progressively effective method for interfacing individuals
and organizations and the formation of new open doors that have improved ways of life.
New advancements have changed the lifestyle of people and their methods of
correspondence and, along these lines, they have introduced another data society. Data
innovation speaks to the quickest developing area of the economy of Serbia and it has in
this manner become a main monetary driver.

Digital proficiency is a rate of how successfully a person and an organization
connected with digital technology for both internal and external stakeholder profit.
Basic Business goals of IT are about leveraging information and technology at inferior
costs, enhancing operations and making revenue. An IT organization with digital
proficiency can dedicate more attention to what organizations really care about

Nowadays information technology is the best segment of our life. Its playing a big role
in our lives .We the generation of this era are fully dependents on information
technology in maximum cases. Bangladesh is doing well day by day in Information
Technology sector.

In Bangladesh ecommerce sites are increasing every day. If we see the best of
ecommerce sites in Bangladesh we can consider daraz,chaal-
daal,foodpanda,pathao,bikroy.com which are the well-known and successful sites on
online platform. This organizations uses data innovation in various offices including
HR, accounts, assembling and security. Utilizing data innovations, organizations can
see changes in the worldwide market far quicker than they normally do. They buy.
Programming bundles and equipment what helps them to complete their task. Many
organizations have their own data innovation division intended to upkeep the product
and equipment.
 The need of information technology is related to the education site:

We have a passed a year without physical class in this pandemic.This natural disaster
just detached us from everything .So, the global people realize how important the
information technology take part in our lives but using information technology we are
doing our education in online ,online classes, presentation, lab and so on.Every
educational insinuations in Bangladesh and the globe just utilized and started taking
their online classes in this pandemic situation. Data innovation assumes a key job in
understudies having the option to keep their employment. Presently most of the
schools in Bangladesh are offering online classes that can be gotten by PCs,
workstations, tablets and even cell phones.
 The need of information technology affiliated to the field of finance:

In Bangladesh information technology are changing our ways of doing things.

Bangladesh is the 2nd speedy economy growth country in whole south Asia (2017 Est).
This year our economy has been fall down for COVID-19 pandemic. Business and all
kinds of institutions stopped by the government for public health issues but our
financial haven’t stop. In our society online banking, transections and mobile payments
are incredibly popular. There are tons of lackings because financial transections are
being used so much in Bangladesh. To reduce this lack many companies adapt the
latest security and updated technologies. There are many positive aspects of using
higher technology because there are billions of transections happening in a day to day
basic, this is how information technology creating a huge importance for the use of
information technology in finance.
 The importance of information technology related to healthcare:

The most important uses of information technology in healthcare is patients record and
data management.PCs and technologies are using in clinic, hopspitals and various
health site in Bangladesh .patient records are not the only advantages of information
technology.On the other hand information technologies using in countless way to
improve healthcare, patient safety and the relationship between patient and healthcare
provider. Even some of the providers can track patient records easily, appending
pharmacy records, test results,x-ray and that can also be checked against other
database.

The need of information technology related to security:

Information technology security is a technique of cybersecurity that stop the

unauthorizd access to the organizational assets such as computer, networks and
data. There are many kinds of information technology security such as network
security, internet security, endpoint security, cloud security and application security
which are being popular in Bangladesh. Ransomware, spyware, viruses are the main
threat to the informational security.Actually in online platform information security is
 the key of keeping our personal and business information safe. Nowadays
Bangladeshis are totally aware than before about securing information.

Challenges of Information technology in Bangladesh

1. Load shedding : All are electronics are depends on electricity and without electricity
gathering information in our device is impossible. In present bangladeshs total installed
electricity is 20,000 MW.So we are optimistic that bangladesh will be able to face this
electricity challenge.

2. Illiteracy : Especially the rural people of Bangladesh are not 100% educated. To work
on technology education is must. Education will help someone to work in it easily,
smoothly and fastly. Except education someone will not understand the term of IT.

3. Hardware sector: Hardware sector is another challenge for Bangladesh. There is no

reliable hardware company in Bangladesh but technologies are increases day by day
and no one is paying attention in it. Maximum hardware parts are imported from
abroad.

4. Software developing sector : In this sector Bangladesh is growing day by day and
there is so much software developing company who are best in software developing.
But we are still making software by the foreign company if they can make it for us so
why not we. We have to concentrate in this sector and this a big challenge for us.
5. Lack of applied sector : there’s is no implement in Bangladesh of applied education.
some of the applied sectors have in bangladesh where students can learn practically.
Knowledge has power whenever it is applicable if we cannot apply our knowledge it is
useless. One can do better in IT sector who is practically learned not theoretically.

6. Politics: political problems are great problem in Bangladesh. The ruling party and the
opponent party always make clashes between themselves. For this political violent IT
industries are unable to stand up properly.

7. Building factory: To enrich IT sectors we need to build factory which requires a huge
land. But being a small country, it is facing impartibility to build so. Making factories are
the huge challenge for Bangladesh.

Recommendation:

Bangladesh is developing country so we have the opportunity to better in information

technology sector. Mentioned upper problems are nothing if we become concern about
the advantages of the information technology. We are so optimistic about Bangladesh
that after 10years Bangladesh will be the top listed country in the wolrd.by reducing
upper problems we can be advanced like another developed country like USA,UK,UAE
and so on .Without reducing this problems advancement of information technology is
impossible.

Conclusion:

Bangladeshis should be more aware about information technology and they should
take proper decision to make their career.some of the country have changed their
whole financial system by using information technology and their government is
properly aware on it. Bangladesh just have to go a long way in a short time to enjoy the
fruits of information age. It will be only possible when political commitment with IT
infrastracturer ,internal network,country domain, and avobe all a high speed optic fiber
link to information superhighway.
