Information system are the root cause of transformation and upgradation of business. And it
has become the essential tool for making advance level changes in the organization. Now
companies are trying to adopt new technology with advancement, and it helps to reform the
business by reducing cost on global scale.
It has introduced a digital platform which allows end users to engage in data from one place
to another.
On a global level, data can be access through any medium at fast speed whenever it is
needed.
Upgradation of digitization has involved by introduction of internet to the world.
Many economies and countries has got benefit with transferring of business online and with
loads of data present on cloud it helps for strategic planning and management control.

 Information technology has changed the life in a better way with upgradation of
technology and with innovative ideas.
 It has improved the business and social ideas and practices and involve more changes.
 While the information system has a process of generating data while storing it and
further use it for numerous projects by end users.
 Internet also minimizes the workload and operational cost, while making efforts for
the firms and customers on a global scale and worldwide markets, it collects
information gradually to process further.
 Digital network is major process which help in making various projects easy while
providing information worldwide.

The major growth of cloud computing as it is a pool pf highly measurable and managed
infrastructure which is proficient of compering end user. Eg. Google drive, drop box
The growth of digital platform as it allows end users to engage in data from one place to
another. Eg. Google mail, yahoo, hangouts

Growth of online services which helps end user and customer to interact well and make ease
to gain knowledge at their convince.

In a digital firm, all organizations include customers, employees, suppliers are connected
through a digital platform which makes their work easy to transfer data at any time including
big data also.
Many organizations work over digital platform and which are linked together with other
organizations also, it makes compatible to share work and also a huge amount of data is
found online is a plus point.
With digitization, interaction of consumers is increased and also improve the consumer
expectation and fulfilling their needs at advance level.
It tracks the data of customers which improve their choices and identify the needs of
customers, also enhance the search engine optimization.
Digitization has improved the workload of end user and reduce the extra management of data
and improve the operational cost.

Globalization as a flat world is a metaphor which include that it doesn’t need to rely on life
cycle which took a long time to complete their work. As customers were dependent on local
business for services and products.
The virtual networks are strong enough to fulfill daily needs while companies are also
available 24/7 to sort out the things and to support their customers.
The biggest example is included in todays world when everyone os facing with pandemics of
COVID-19, internet has huge support by providing accurate data at minimal cost. It gives
information up to date and keeps away the fake news which could cause more harm to
society.
Challenges include the constant connection to internet connection as all data is provided
online, sometimes due to huge traffic it may take time to load the data slow.
Sometime there is fear of security issues and data might get lost as huge data is available and
issues with firewall may lead to problematic conditions.

BIG DATA.: big data is pool of data which include all information in huge amount, and it is
bit difficult to handle the data when we use traditional system.
Although there are implication when we use big data but now a days big data are used to
transform business in a whole new way.
Big data refers to our ability to handle the huge amount of data.

Characteristics.:
Volume. Big data has large volume, which is generated every second from calls, social
media, credit cards, etc.
For example. If we are supposed to store the data which is generated by every medium, then
we are supposed to capture data every mini second and huge data will be compiled.

Velocity. Velocity refers to the speed at which data is generated and it moves around
creating more information. The technology of big data allows us to track when data is
generated and through which medium without putting it into database. For example, the
messages created by social media.

Variety. It includes the different type od data generated every second at a high speed. With
advancement of big data we analyze it and integrate the data of different variable at different
pace.

Veracity. We got to know that data is in motion or not or we can move data from one place to
another through online medium or not.

IOT.:
it is involved with objects of physical presence which involve software, sensors and
electronic objects etc. as it enables the data to be exchanged and to collect the data .
IOT allows to be sensed and to be collected and controlled by existing infrastructure for
creating more opportunities to integrate the direct contact between physical and virtual world.
It also improves the efficiency and accuracy of data and help in economic benefits.
Iot gathers all useful information on which remotely access world wide and with the help of
existing data the result is used to create projects in future and solve issue further, with help of
various previous technologies.

IOT works in smart home: where all technologies in a home are connected to internet like
opening of doors and lights and fans are connected as it is on when people are available
nearby.
Agriculture: for smart farming and irrigation system
Wearables: smart watches and bands are used as fitness dives and heartbeats are measured
which reduce the attacks,
cow sensing, smart grid.

Cloud computing.: as it is a pool of highly measurable and managed infrastructure which is

proficient of compering end user. Cloud computing reduces the cost by helps in
infrastructure and technology and is also flexible as it can be access anytime and anywhere.

The big data uses the cloud to store data efficiently and we can access the data through cloud
where it is managed in a data warehouse in a compatible manner. The data of IOT is also
stored on cloud where it is safe and accessible through any devise and is the reason that
everywhere IOT is used as it reads the data carefully and for every different account it self
manages and as per need it shows the result.

Business intelligence combines the data of different type with major technologies and tools
which integrate the data at different pace and available to the end user when it is needed.
BI is used to improve data in efficient way to control redundancy and reduce the operational
cost. It also provides better business opportunities while spotting the different business
efficient process.

The use of business intelligence involves the benefits of providing data of high quality which
improves the power of decision-making process and optimizes the internal growth with wise
choice.
Advance upgradation of BI helps to increase the efficiency and use of operational methods
which reduces the cost
It also creates the opportunities in market to be on top as competitive advancement is there.
As it identify the market trend and leads to growth with major difference and wide choices
are available and also shows the result as which is wise to be elected or not.
BI spots the business problems and with help of stored data it analyzes the situation and
provide solution.

Capturing the data is big task and involve a lot of work to handle it as data is of huge MB and
sometimes in TB also which takes load to upload and if net is slow then it takes time.

If we found the unstructured data, then it is difficult to recognize as we can’t filter it and it
creates havoc.
If the data found is structure, then it is easy to recognize and use it directly in work.
It will be quick to exploit the data, but it is not easy as huge amount of work will be needed
as to extract the data and transform it into useful resources and to load it in minimum time.

Transfer of big data is massive issue while it takes load to upload if internet is slow. And
sharing of big data is also issue because of huge mb.

Companies get tripped by:

It is difficult to contact and respond through signals is weak and sometimes it led to use of
operational cost at high level and may be data can lead to inaccuracy.
Data redundancy and anomalies of data is occurred which creates confusion and mis leads the
information.
There is upgradation of technology hence organization have to keep at pace to update the data
on timely basis as old data will not be in any used and it will be kept as is in data warehouse
where it will be used no longer.
Although there are less workers who are really skilled and have exact knowledge that can
deal with huge data at correct place at correct time, with advancement of data, upgradation of
worker is also needed.
