By respecting each other we are able to recognize each others rights and how not to trespass one's
boundary. Everyone is entitle to his or her own right that is why it is important to respect ones' decision.
One of the most fundamental aspects of a democratic society in which individuals have equal rights is
political independence or autonomy.

To foster alignment and team focus, being accountable is important to clearly communicate goals,
objectives, and key results for the good of everybody. One must hold themselves accountable for all of their
decisions and whatever their consequences may be. Everyone must take full responsibility of their actions
and I am willing to admit where they go wrong and also willing to be corrected.

As a youth you can help protect the country's democracy by being actively participating in political affairs.
One must chose a leader who has the ability to lead the country and the leader who does not have any
track of anomalies. As a youth, you can practice one of the must important right that everyone have, and that
is to vote.

I understand the role of the Commonwealth in the Philippine history, I now the events which led to its
establishment and lastly, I can describe the changes brought by the American occupation to the
country.

The real intention of the Americans why they offer the way to let the Philippines be independent and
the American Influence on the country during their occupation are the things that I find interesting for
it somehow answered my questions before.
