In our barangay community, there are a lot of programs that they planned earlier and I am now
recognizing one of those programs that they prepared. I feel that they are more reliable these
days because whenever something bad happens they actually act faster than before they solve
the problem rapidly. We also have better facilities right now since they are now able to clean so
it can look more spacious. Some of our basketball courts are cleaned so they can also use it to
conduct programs such as free medical check ups and immunizations. They also prioritize
senior-citizens, by providing them activities so that they can manage their health. Lastly, we will
not be able to do the things that are our goal if we do not help each other. Currently, I see a lot
of improvements and it is because of unity in my community.

The members in our church are now more focused on our goals which is to lead many more
people and our goal to further spread the doctrines of God. I am now seeing those changes
right now because other members before thinking that only our Leader or Preacher or those
who are in charge will do and act but we should work together to do what needs to be done
hurriedly. Our mental health is also at risk and it has increased nowadays due to pandemic. A
lot of people found peace in their minds by attending church gatherings. For me it is an
improvement or development because not everyone can find such peace especially now often
at home and there are many things that can be thought of that should not be done.
Social media has developed into a source of information, it's more relevant and accessible since
we can now easily connect to the internet through our mobile phones. As we all know we are
currently using our social media to communicate and more often to express ourselves. I
observed that it is really improved when it comes to communication since it is really hard to be
in touch with our loved ones before when they are too far from us. We can easily get access to
them and be connected because of the improved technology. Nowadays, based on what I see,
people are more visible on social media. So even in politics it can be used as their platforms as
well. There are good things to it but there are also bad that can happen to it. There are just
some people who really believe in what they just see on their social media accounts. But little
did they know that there is just a type of a person who really acts and does something but they
just don’t want to say it anymore to anyone. I think it improves when it comes to their
perspective as they see different sides of politicians. They are now aware of the truth and about
their surroundings.

When it comes to education, many people who are part of indigenous groups often do not have
sufficient access. When I searched for information about them, I saw that some people were
already starting a project to provide them more access to their education. Better opportunities
and the hope of a brighter future are created by schooling.Though its majority of indigenous
peoples still live in rural areas, they are slowly moving to urban areas both willingly and
unwillingly. As a result of this urbanization, some of their territory is being taken away from
them. However, they are known for their creativity. Because of their inherent talent they have
proven that they are not just ordinary citizens. I am glad because through their craftsmanship
many people notice them not only Filipinos, but also foreigners.Their health was now also part
of their human rights. Indigenous peoples' rights have been strengthened through international
and local efforts to raise awareness of their problems, including their participation in policy and
program development to improve their lives and health.
