by sending equivalents chances of job opportunities across the country using names associated with
minorities. It was realized that 74% of the minority groups were turned down as compared to white
candidates. Consequently, names act as a tool of displaying family-like characteristics which happens
in terms of sharing surnames or other social actors which use names to convey social meaning
towards a specific circumstance.
