Hall Staff Remarks
Being an RD at Bentley has been the breath of fresh air that I
needed in both my personal and professional life. Being
surrounded by so many professionals whose passion for Higher
Education and student success is inspirational. The students at
Bentley are among ranks that I’ve not worked with prior to
working here; not only are they heavily involved, but they carry
such strong motivation and determination to meet their goals. I
am continually challenged to do my best and am provided with
opportunities for further development, inside and outside of the
Residential Center, to help make me a stronger person and
professional. - Brendan O.

As someone who has experience at other institutions within

Residential Life, I can proudly say working at Bentley has been an
impactful and overall, holistic experience. From the first weeks, the
Residential Center staff made me feel welcome and took the time to
help get me acclimated. As a professional live-on staff member, the
Residence Director role is unlike most traditional full-time roles;
your whole life is impacted versus only your work. Living and
working at Bentley has been nothing short of enjoyable; healthy
work/life balance, safe and inclusive community, access to state-of-
the-art facilities (weight-lifting gym, outdoor track, classrooms, etc.),
beautifully maintained landscapes, comfortable and spacious
apartment, pet-friendly, etc. All of these amazing aspects of Bentley
have made me feel like a true member of the Falcon community.
Above all, the students at Bentley are what make this role so
worthwhile. They are passionate about what they do and are
incredibly determined trailblazers, to say the least; being a part of
their support system and higher education journey as they navigate
life’s trials and tribulations, is an honor. Overall, applying to Bentley
was the best decision I have made for my professional career path
thus far! - Cole T.
