for services of
OT PORT GDYNIA Sp. z o.o.
Effective as of 1 January 2016

The rates are approved by Resolution of the Management Board of OT PORT GDYNIA Sp. z o.o.

SECTION I

1. APPLICATION OF TARIFF

1. “Tariff for services of OT Port Gdynia Sp. z o.o.” (hereinafter referred to as OTPG) shall apply to the provision of
services assumed with these Rates under commissions by entities performing port – sea trading.
2. All rates approved by the parties for the services offered and performed by OTPG shall be expressed in writing
as price offers or in the form of agreements made by the parties.
3. Should the parties fail to agree to other terms for the execution of service, the charges stipulated by these Rates
shall apply.
4. Receivables for OTPG services shall be charged on the basis of the type of load, batch size, handling technology
and shall be approved by the OTPG sales division in writing. Contact information for the sales division is
published on the OTPC website.
5. OTPG cooperation with contract party regulations and a Price list for stowage materials, effective for the service
completion date, shall be an integral part of these Rates.

2. SETTLEMENTS

1. The Tariff Rates set forth herein are expressed in PLN. The Rates set forth herein are net rates, to which a
pertinent VAT rate must be added. The Tariff Rates apply to works performed on business days. Allowances for
works performed on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays are specified in Section II, Point 6. ADDITIONAL
FEES of these Rates.
2. All fees expressed in per cents are charged from basic fees.
3. As of the acceptance of an order by OTPG, the Principal shall be obligated to settle all payments on time.
4. The date of payment for services completed by OTPG is 14 days from the invoice issue date, unless the parties
have agreed on a different payment date. OTPG shall have the right to demand the payment of advance or 100%
of the contractual fee before the services are performed.
5. Fees for bulk loads unloaded from the ship shall be calculated on the basis of gross weight specified in the order,
verified in terms of the gross weight specified in the shipment note or the manifest.
6. The weight of goods loaded onto the vessel shall be established on the basis of the gross weight specified in the
order.
7. Due fees shall be charged on the weight of cargo, rounded up to full 100 kg.
8. In the event the weight of cargo declared in the orders is underestimated by the Principals or in the absence of
information on the stowage factor or its underestimation when the rates depend on the three-dimensional
factor of the cargo, OTPG shall have the right to charge a surplus of 100% of the service rate.
9. When handling small tonnage batches (Order batch below 10 tons) or when the use of additional equipment is
necessary, OTPG reserves the right to settle the service according to the actual man-hours completed by service
teams and handling equipment.
10. The minimum value of invoiced service is PLN 100.00 (with the exclusion of services set forth in point B (6)
Section IV – OTHER SERVICES of these Rates, for which other minimum service values have been specified).
11. The service fee is charged regardless of whether the service is carried out with the use of vessel equipment or
port equipment.
12. In the event of claiming significant handling obstacles in the execution of services related to the specific
character of the cargo, OTPG reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover the costs of labor (pursuant
to point A, Section IV – OTHER SERVICES) and OTPG handling equipment (pursuant to point C, Section IV –
OTHER SERVICES of these Rates).
13. Any entities operating for and on behalf of ship owners shall be obligated to hold a pertinent letter of attorney
from their Principals and to settle all liabilities with OTPG for the services provided to them before the vessel
leaves the port.
14. The costs of any activities related to the services carried out under dispositions issued by state administration
authorities shall be paid by the party, for which the services were performed.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Within the meaning of these Rates, containers shall be construed as standard handling units, such as:
a) General purpose containers,

b) flat-rack containers (flats, bolsters),
c) special containers.
2. Empty Flat-rack containers stacked up to 6 layers shall be treated as a single, full container in the course of
loading (loading stowage) / unloading (unloading stowage) and handling operations.
3. Within the meaning of these rates, rolling units shall be construed as roll-trailers, trailers, construction trailers,
vehicles and PGUs on wheels but without their own drives, handled in the ro-ro system, whose unit weight
exceeds 1 ton.
4. Rolling units of unit weight below 1 ton shall be settled according to point C, Section II, Point 1. RO-RO BULK
HANDLING of these Rates.
5. The Rates shall apply to: fully functional containers, cases and rolling units.
6. Containers exceeding the typical 20’ container dimensions shall be settled by applying a 1.3 factor of the basic
rate.
7. Each sealed container, apart from bolsters and flats, shall be deemed full.
8. Handling stowage shall be construed as cargo relocation from the vessel board to the vessel interior / from the
vessel interior to its board. The stowage rate does not include the costs of fastening and unfastening the cargo
and load support.
9. OTPG shall be obligated to unload cargo from the vessel in shipment batches. When the shipment batches of a
single cargo item are mixed, OTPG shall have the right to withhold the handling operation and draw up a
pertinent report to account for the relocation of cargo in the vessel cargo holds. The report shall be signed by
the ship owner or their representative, OTPG and other interested institutions related to OTPG cargo handling.
OTPG shall proceed to further handling operations after receiving a sorting order and after receiving an order
for unloading the relocated cargo.
The costs of sorting related to unloading particular shipment batches relocated in the vessel cargo holds and
other possible costs, e.g. storage cost (without including the withholding period) shall be paid by the Principal.
10. Indirect handling shall be construed as cargo relocation from the vessel board through the yard / warehouse
onto a means of land transport or vice versa.
11. Direct handling shall be construed as cargo relocation from the vessel board directly onto the means of land
transport and vice versa.
12. The rates for direct and indirect handling shall not include the costs of fastening / unfastening the cargo and its
support on the means of land transport.
13. The rates shall apply to vessel loading settlements (loading stowage) / vessel unloading (unloading stowage)
and handling (onto / from means of land transport and to / from a warehouse / yard). The rates shall apply to
1 ton, 1 container, 1 rolling unit or 1 vehicle, regardless of the content and value of their load.
14. Additional fees and commercial handling shall be construed as activities performed in addition to handling and
loading / unloading operation in the course of these services or otherwise.

4. ORDERING SERVICES

1. OTPG shall perform services under written or electronic orders (submitted via the OTPG IT systems).
2. The party to a contract for the performance of services stipulating Rates shall be obligated to adhere to their
provisions.
3. Handling operations shall commence at the beginning of a working shift, as determined and announced by
OTPG. Otherwise, the commencement of works must be approved by OTPG.
4. With a written order, the Principal shall be obligated to fill in order forms for handling bulk, container and
oversize cargo.
5. When unloading cargo from a vessel, the Principal shall enclose 3 copies of manifest drawn up in Polish to the
unloading order (unloading stowage order). When loading cargo (loading stowage), the Principal shall enclose
3 copies of a Cargo list drawn up in Polish to the loading order. The manifest for unloading and the Cargo list
for loading shall constitute an integral part of the order. Cargo lusts shall include the numbers of certificates of
deposit (and in the case of direct handling, the numbers of the means of transport).
6. If the cargo was declared without the specification of verification seals, OTPG shall accept the cargo without
considering these verification seals.
7. When accepting cargo, the Principal, demanding particular cargo items according to verification seals, should
order prior sorting of the cargo in the OTPG storage facility. Sorting, weighing and other handling works
performed in the course of handling shall depend on the technical possibilities of OTPG, and in the case of on-
board and off-board operations, also at the consent of the ship owner or their agent.
8. A service order for business days shall be submitted at least at 4 hours preceding the commencement of the
shift, during which the works are to be performed, but not earlier than 7 days before the service performance
date. Order cancellation should be reported at 1 hour before the commencement of a given shift.
9. Days off work shall be construed as all Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays. OTPG shall decide on whether

to accept a service order for these days.
10. An order or an order cancellation for services to be performed on Saturdays, Sundays or official holidays should
be submitted at least:
a) for an order for works to be carried out on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday in the weekend – until
Thursday until 3.00 p.m. at the latest,
b) for an order for works to be carried out on an official holiday falling on a day which is not a Saturday or a
Sunday – until 9.00 a.m. on the business day before the holiday at the latest,
c) for order cancellation for works to be carried out on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday in the
weekend – until Friday until 1.00 p.m. at the latest,
d) for order cancellation for works to be carried out on an official holiday falling on a day which is not a
Saturday or a Sunday – until 1.00 p.m. on the business day before the holiday at the latest.
The above conditions shall not apply to orders for railway car and vehicle unloading, which should be submitted
to OTPG until 1.00 p.m. on Friday or on the day preceding the holiday at the latest.
11. The Principal shall pay the costs of withholding and working teams and handling device and equipment
operators when:
a) the order has not been cancelled until the aforementioned dates, or has been cancelled after the date
specified in point 8 and 10 above,
b) forwarding, brokerage of Customs clearance activities or any other official permits for loading, unloading
and/or handling operations have not been performed or settled,
c) the cargo or the means of transport is missing, in the event of delays in entry to the vessel and when the
vessel is not ready to commence loading / unloading operations,
d) in the event of rain and other circumstances beyond the control of OTPG, causing the staff to wait on days
off work.
12. If the use of fumigated stowage materials is required to load and/or fasten the cargo, the Principal shall notify
OTPG of this fact before the loading operation is commenced, maintaining at least 3 weeks’ notice. Such
notification shall specify the name of the vessel, the name and tonnage of the cargo. Orders for the use of
stowage materials must be confirmed in the loading and/or fastening order. The Principal shall submit any
information required for issuing a certificate confirming the use of fumigated materials (according to ISMP 15)
via e-mail on business days at 24 hours before the vessel’s exit from the port at the latest, and on Fridays and
business days before official holidays – until 10.00 a.m.
13. The Principal shall be obligated to adhere to effective road traffic regulations, including the regulations
concerning permissible load capacity, proper cargo distribution and axle load, commonly used road rolling
stock and containers, specifying the total permissible weight in the order for OTPG. The Principal shall bear all
consequences and shall pay the costs of exceeding the statutory values of load capacity for means of transport
/ containers.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

1. The liability of the Service Provider, as resulting from the performance of services assumed with these Rates, is
defined in the provisions of the Rates and effective regulations, and in all matters not settled in these documents
– in pertinent laws.
2. OTPG shall be held liable for vessel demurrage proven to have resulted from OTPG actions only when OTPG has
accepted such liability under the agreed terms and conditions.
3. OTPG shall be held liable only for losses and damages attributed to it and incurred in the course of cargo
handling operations, whereas the Principal shall be responsible for supplying the evidence thereto.
4. OTPG shall not be held liable for losses or damages if these losses or damages resulted from:
a) a cavity, draftage, breakage, corrosion, damage, penetration through the packaging or leakage caused by
the properties of the cargo or the effect of pests,
b) the absence or insufficiency of normal, commercial packaging,
c) the effect of weather or external factors, if the cargo is stored in a customary manner; or contractually,
outdoor or in incompletely enclosed rooms (shelters), or when the cargo is handled by the administrator
of the cargo, and the packaging is correctly closed afterwards.
5. All damages should be reported immediately, until the end of the shift, during which the service was performed
at the latest. The report should be signed by the representative of the Client and the customs office – for
customs-cleared goods.
6. OTPG shall not be held liable:
a) for damages and/or losses caused by the effects of natural disasters or force majeure circumstances, or
incurred as a result of OTPG personnel and / or contract party strikes,
b) for losses caused by untimely arrival of means of sea, land or river transport involved in the delivery /
receipt of the cargo to / from OTPG,

c) for the financial effects of dispositions or actions of state administration authorities,
d) for the condition of cargo stored outdoors when the Principal has issued such written disposition. This shall
not release OTPG from the obligation to secure the cargo in a due and careful manner and to care for the
cargo in the course of its storage according to the Principal’s written instructions, as well as to notify the
Principal immediately when claiming that the cargo cannot be duly protected against the adverse effects of
weather conditions.
e) for possible damages resulting from providing assistance required from OTPG to maintain its safety within
the limits of necessity,
f) for the timeliness of heavyweight handling operations carried out with the use of floating cranes in the
event of:
- adverse weather conditions,
- the absence of OTPG approval of the handling date,
g) for the interruptions at work and railway car stoppages beyond the control of OTPG,
h) for damages incurred in result of electrical, water supply, heat distribution failures, provided that these
occurred despite exercising due diligence,
i) for lost profits the Principal or any other third party could have earned had the damage not been incurred,
j) for any additional costs generated in result of the Principal’s incorrect declaration of the weight, type or
physical properties of the cargo, or any other data required for proper service performance and for the
absence of correction of the said values at 2 hours before the commencement of the service at the latest,
k) for insufficient flow of information between the ship owner / agent and the forwarder, concerning, among
others, the contents of the service order for a day off work.
l) for any change of the physical or chemical properties which prevent the normal and correct handling of the
cargo within the OTPG premises.
7. The Principal shall bear the financial effects of incorrect or inconsistent declarations of the weight, stowage
factor, type or physical properties of the cargo, or any other information essential to the handling and storage
operations, if the Principal has not implemented any corrections or supplements to the pertinent documents at
2 hours before the commencement of service performance. If any inconsistencies with the declaration are
claimed, the declarant shall pay the costs of inspection.
8. The Principal shall be held liable for the correctness of data in the order, and particular for any possible
damages caused by incorrect or insufficient data in these documents, as well as for damages incurred at the
default of their employees or any parties authorized by them.
9. Combined OTPG liability for cargo damages shall be limited to the value of the cargo and shall not exceed PLN
9.00 for 1 kg, up to a maximum of PLN 100 000.00 for the entire damage.

6. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

1. Regardless of the provisions of Section I of these Rates, the provisions of the “Explanations”, included in
particular sections of these Rates shall also apply.
2. Placement of a dispute in court shall be made after the parties have exhausted the complaint procedure.
3. Apart from OTPG regulations, ORPG Regulations for Cooperation with contract parties and other effective OTPG
regulations, separate order state administration regulations shall apply to vessel loading (loading stowage) and
unloading (unloading stowage), handling and storage operations as well as port transport of dangerous goods.
4. The handling, unloading and reloading of emergency cargo shall be carried out under separate, non-contractual
agreements.

SECTION II
HANDLING SERVICES
AND OTHER PORT SERVICES, ADDITIONAL FEES

1. RO-RO GENERAL CARGO HANDLING

A. Loading (loading stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage) per item


(1) Rolling unit, semi-trailer, tractor 324.00
(2) Cassette 387.00
The above specified rates include:
— rolling the cargo from the vessel board onto the OTPG stacking yard or parking lot,
— ordinary fastening or unfastening on the vessel,
— external visual inspection and inspection of labeling,
— count of the rolling units, cassettes, semi-trailers and containers.

(3) Re-stowage of the case / RT / semi-trailer in the vessel-quay-vessel relation 346.50

B. Loading (loading stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage) of vehicles per item:


(1) Passenger cars, VANs, SUVs, micro-busses (up to 9 passengers):
(a) with OTPG driver 112.50
(b) without OTPG driver 81.00
(2) Trucks, busses or other vehicles on wheels and on a truck chassis, which do not require any
additional unloading / loading activities:
(a) With OTPG driver 225.00

(3) Specialist machinery on wheels or caterpillar (farming, construction, transport) of up to 42 tons
in unit weight, non-standard semi-trailers (more than 3 axles):

The above specified rates include:
— vehicle unloading in the ro-ro system from the vessel deck and their relocation to the stacking yard and
vice versa,
— ordinary unfastening / fastening on the vessel (i.e. without the use of OTPG stowage materials).
Remarks
1. When handling specialist vehicles, the Principal shall be obligated to supply instruction manuals for the
vehicles in Polish. Otherwise, OTPG shall not be held liable for the correct performance of the service.
2. Vehicles without their own or fully operational drive – rates as per point B with a 50% bonus on the basic
rates listed above.
3. Vehicle start from an additional power source (OTPG battery) – PLN 100.00/item.
4. Vehicles of unit weight exceeding 42 tons can be only unloaded or loaded onto the main deck of a ro-ro vessel.

C. Loading (loading stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage) of bulk cargo of stowage factor up to 5
m3/ton in the ro-ro system, per 1 ton:

(1) Loose general cargo 119.00


(2) General cargo in units 56.00

D. Pick-up of vehicle, a semi-trailer from the yard and vice versa without OTPG driver, per item:

Remarks:
1. When handling specialist vehicles, the Principal shall be obligated to supply instruction manuals for the
vehicles in Polish. Otherwise, OTPG shall not be held liable for the correct performance of the service.
2. Pick-up with the participation of an OTPG driver – rates as in pertinent items in point D, with a 50% bonus on
the basic rates listed above.
3. In the event of exceeding the road limiting outline (above 2.56m) – rates as for pertinent items in point D, with
a 25% bonus on the basic rates listed above.
4. Vehicle start from an additional power source (OTPG battery) – PLN 100.00/item.
5. OTPG driver participation will be possible only after rendering a technically operational semi-trailer with
parameters guaranteeing safe vehicle entry.

2. LO-LO GENERAL CARGO HANDLING


A. Loading (loading stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage) of conventional general cargo in the lo-
lo system, for cargo with stowage factor of up to 5 m3/ton, per 1 ton
(1) Loose general cargo (without packaging, in such packaging as barrels, cardboard boxes, chests,
bales, sacks, etc.)
(a) Packaging of unit weight up to 100 kg 88.00
(b) Packaging of unit weight above 100 kg 74.00
(2) General cargo in units (pallets, packets, slings, big-bags, grates) 49.50

Lease and payment for crane performed by the Principal ordering the loading (loading
stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage).
Remarks
The parameters of the mobile cranes leased by the Principal must be agreed on with OTPG. Heavyweight and
oversized cargo and elements for investment deliveries must have clearly marked fastening points. At the request
of OTPG, the Principal shall be obligated to provide technical drawings and/or photographs of the cargo. If a
specialist spreader boom is required, the Principal shall provide it. The stacking and handling site and the handling
conditions must be agreed on before the cargo is accepted in the port.

B. Handling of conventional general cargo in a relation: means of land transport – warehouse/yard –
vessel board or vice versa, for cargo of up to 5 m3/ton in stowage factor, per 1 ton:
(1) Loose general cargo (without packaging, in such packaging as barrels, cardboard boxes, chests,
bales, sacks, etc.)
(a) Packaging of unit weight up to 100 kg 94.50

Lease and payment for crane performed by the Principal ordering the loading (loading
stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage).
Remarks
The parameters of the mobile cranes leased by the Principal must be agreed on with OTPG. Heavyweight and
oversized cargo and elements for investment deliveries must have clearly marked fastening points. At the request
of OTPG, the Principal shall be obligated to provide technical drawings and/or photographs of the cargo. If a
specialist spreader boom is required, the Principal shall provide it. The stacking and handling site and the handling

C. Loading (loading stowage) or unloading (unloading stowage) of vehicles in the lo-lo system:

(2) Trucks, busses of unit weight up to 24 tons, per item 99.00
(3) Specialist machinery on wheels or caterpillar (farming, construction, transport), machines on 121.50
caterpillars with caterpillar covers, of up to 24 tons in unit weight, per 1 ton

The rates assume ordinary fastening or unfastening on the vessel (i.e. without the use of OTPG stowage materials)

Remarks
1. In the case of direct handling, i.e. from a means of land transport to the vessel board and vice versa, the rate is
65% of the rate for indirect handling, i.e. from the means of land transport to the warehouse/yard to the vessel
board and vice versa. OTPG shall decide on whether to accept a direct handling order.
2. Luggage and handled items are weighed by OTPG at the Principal’s expense. Weighing is mandatory when the
cargo is accepted and released.
3. No fees shall be charged for disbanding a pallet or packet in the course of a handling operation, requiring minor
tampering and without effect, in the opinion of OTPG, on the pace of handling or the involvement of additional
labor force (e.g. loosening the slings, cutting the tapes or wire on packets), whereas the rates in point A(1) and
B(1) above shall apply.
4. Fees on cargo weight, without taking pallet weight into account, shall be charged on any loading (loading
stowage), unloading (unloading stowage), handling, tampering and storage operation for cargo on pallets.

3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, RO-RO AND LO-LO GENERAL CARGO:


A. Additional services, Ro-Ro and Lo-Lo general cargo:

(1) Placing and collecting a rolling unit, semi-trailer, cassette (within one OTPG basin) for
stuffing, stripping, customs and sanitary inspection, customs clearance, content count,
sampling, technical inspection, repair, per item:

The above specified rolling unit, cassette filling or emptying services refer to each of the following

1. loading of the cargo from the means of land transport on the rolling unit, cassettes and vice versa,
2. loading of the cargo from the warehouse to the rolling unit, cassette and vice versa,
3. cargo handling directly from the rolling unit onto a rolling unit/cassette or from a cassette onto a rolling
unit/cassette.

6. ADDITIONAL FEES

(1) For services ordered and performed on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays, the fees shall be increased by:
(a) 50% for Saturdays
(b) 100% for Sundays and official holidays
(c) 150% for celebrative holidays
The fees specified in point A (3), Section II Point 3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, LO-LO AND RO-RO BULK CARGO,
and in point E (4), Section II Point 4. RO-RO AND LO-LO CONTAINER HANDLING contain an inclusive bonus
for works carried out on Saturdays and official holidays.
(2) The bonus for works carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays shall be charged on the relation
and the number of tons or hours worked on these days. In the case of indirect handling, the bonus shall be
charged on a half of the fee, provided that the works were carried out on a Saturday, a Sunday or on an official
holiday in one relation only.
(3) Celebrative holidays shall be construed as:

 First day of Easter (Easter Sunday)
 Second day of Easter (Easter Monday)

(4) A bonus of 100% of the basic fee shall be charged on any handling, loading (loading stowage) and unloading
(unloading stowage) operations carried out on class 1 to 8 dangerous cargo. The bonus for class 9 cargo is to
be determined individually.
The costs of onshore Fire Brigade assistance (if necessary) shall be settled on the basis of the Port Fire Brigade
price list.
(5) A 25% bonus shall be charged on any handling, loading (loading stowage) and unloading (unloading stowage)
operations carried out on oversize cargo (requiring the equipment to the changed).
(6) A 25% bonus shall be charged on any hindered handling, loading (loading stowage) and unloading (unloading
stowage) operations.
Hindered handling, loading (loading stowage) and unloading (unloading stowage) shall be construed as
the incorrect delivery of cargo to the port on a means of transport / in a cargo unit (vessel cargo hold, railway
car, vehicle, barge, container, RT, case), which does not allow for efficient and safe and/or non-damaging
handling to be carried out by OTPG (e.g. the absence of separators, the absence of marked fastening points,
loads exceeding the load-bearing capacity of the crane required for handling the equipment, loading on means
of transport with loads other than those arriving at the port, etc.).
(7) OTPG shall charge a 25% bonus of the loading or unloading fee for works to be performed in hard-to-access
vessel cargo holds.
(8) A 10% bonus shall be charged for relocating the cargo within the cargo hold.
(9) A 50% bonus of the basic fee shall be charged on any handling, loading (loading stowage) and unloading
(unloading stowage) operations carried out on cargo of stowage factor from 5.01 m3/ton to 10.00 m3/ton,
unless such cargo has a specific rate. Bonuses charged on cargo of stowage factor above 10 m3/ton shall be
determined in the progress of operations.
(10) A 50% charge of the basic fee in point E(2), Section II Point 4. CONTAINER HANDLING shall be charged on
any incorrect information or change in the order, causing the need to move a container.
(11) All bonuses specified in this Point 6. ADDITIONAL FEES shall be based on basic fees.

SECTION III
STORAGE SERVICES
(CONTAINERS, SEMI-TRAILERS AND MECHANICAL VEHICLES)

A. Container and semi-trailer storage


(1) Storage periods included in the handling fee:
(a) Empty, full containers 7 days
(b) Semi-trailers 3 days
In transshipment 7 days
(2) After the lapse of the period included in the handling fee, a fee shall be charged per container /
semi-trailer for the next 7 days, per 24 hours:
(a) 20’ container 10.80
(b) 40’, 45’ container 21.60
(c) Semi-trailer 24.30
(3) After the lapse of the periods listed in pts. (1) and (2) above, a bonus of 50% shall be charged per container /
semi-trailer and per 24 hours
(4) For IMO 1-9 cargo, the above specified storage fees shall be increased by 100%.
Remarks
In the case of IMO 1-9 containers and semi-trailers, the storage fees shall be charged as of the first day of storage.

B. Vehicle storage

(1) Period included in the handling fee 7 days
(2) After the lapse of the period specified in pt. (1), a fee shall be charged for the next 15 days per
vehicle per 24 hours of:
(a) Passenger cars, VANs, SUVs, micro-busses 9.00
(b) Other vehicles 18.00
(3) After the lapse of the periods specified in pts. (1) and (2), a bonus of 50% shall be charged.

C. General cargo storage


(1) Storage periods included in the handling fee:
(a) Cargo stored on cassettes / RT:
- Unloaded from the vessel 3 days
- Intended for loading on the vessel 7 days
- In transshipment 10 days
(b) Other cargo stored on the yard / in the warehouse 15 days
- In transshipment 20 days
(2) After the lapse of the periods listed in point (1), a fee will be charged for the next 30 days per each
ton/item per 24 hours of:
(a) For elements of stowage factor of up to 5 m3/ton:
- Loose general cargo in the warehouse, per each ton, per 24 hours 2.50
- Loose general cargo on the yard, per each ton, per 24 hours 1.80
- General cargo in units in the warehouse, per each ton, per 24 hours 1.90
- General cargo in units on the yard, per each ton, per 24 hours 1.30
- Paper and products in the warehouse, per each ton, per 24 hours 1.80
- Steel products in the warehouse, per each ton, per 24 hours 1.65
- Steel products on the yard, per each ton, per 24 hours 0.90
- Cargo on RT / cassettes, per each item, per 24 hour 24.00
(b) For elements of stowage factor above 5 m3/ton – a bonus of 50% shall be charged on the
basic rates from point 2(a).
(3) After the lapse of the periods listed in points (1) and (2), a bonus of 50% shall be charged.
(4) The storage fee shall be increased by 100% for IMO 1-9 cargo.
Remarks
In the case of IMO 1-9 cargo, the storage fees shall be charged as of the first day of storage.

EXPLANATIONS
1. Within the meaning of these Rates, storage services assume the storage of cargo in warehouses and on stacking
yards.
2. Any activities to be performed by the Principal or their authorized parties, involving cargo stored by OTPG,
shall require a written notification of OTPG and its approval.
3. The storage period shall be counted from the date of placement in storage to the date of release of cargo from
the warehouse or a stacking yard. The date of placement in import is the last day of unloading a given shipment
batch from the vessel. The date of placement in export is the day of commencing vessel loading. The cargo
quantities accepted or released on a given day shall apply to the loading or unloading on / from other means
of transport.
4. The gross weight of the cargo shall be the basis for all calculations.
5. The fees specified in these Rates shall include all storage costs, exclusive of any costs of maintenance of the
cargo or any other possible handling activities, unless the provisions of these Rates state otherwise.
6. OTPG reserves the right to invoice any receivables for storage for long-outstanding cargo (storage exceeding
60 days) as of the end of every calendar quarter. Invoices shall be issued until the 7th day of each month
following the calendar quarter in question.
The invoices shall include the costs of storage from the placement of cargo in storage (considering the period
included in the fee) or from the first day of the calendar quarter until the last day of the quarter.
7. The change of payer for storage services is admitted. However, such change will not re-commence the count of
withholding periods.
8. Shelters are considered as roofed warehouses.
9. Possible lease of storage space shall be performed under a separate contract.
10. A bonus on official holidays shall not be charged from storage fees.
11. In the case of loading export cargo on a vessel and its further unloading from the same vessel, the count of

already commenced storage periods will not be interrupted.
12. In the case of loading or unloading cargo which was previously stored in an OTPG warehouse to / from a
container, the principles and fees listed in point C, Section II – STORAGE SERVICES shall apply from the date of
placing in storage to the release date. In turn, the provisions and fees stipulated in point A, Section III –
STORAGE FEES of these Rates shall apply to containers.

SECTION IV
OTHER SERVICES

A. Man-hour fees:

(1) Docker, stevedore 86.00

Remarks
1. The hourly rates shall apply to:
(a) breaks in handling, loading and unloading operations,
(b) the execution of works which are not covered by these Rates.

Remarks
1. In the case of sorting a batch of the cargo only, the fee shall be charged on the entire batch tonnage.
2. The above listed fees shall be exclusive of relocation, unless in specifically determined cases. If an activity
entails relocation, a relocation fee must be added.
3. Relocation fees shall be calculated:
- for partial relocation – on 50% of the cargo batch weight,
- for total relocation – on the tonnage of the entire cargo batch,
- for relocation including weighing up to 10% - on the actually weighed and/or relocated cargo quantity,
- for relocation including weighing above 10% - on the tonnage of the entire cargo batch,
- for relocation involving sorting – on the tonnage of the entire batch, regardless of the sorted quantity.

C. Lease of handling equipment and means of land transport with operator, for each
commenced hour:
