Dear Mr. Cortes,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted as a TRAINEE for Customer Service Representative at Techcel
Global Solutions, Inc. herein after referred to as the “Company,“ subject to the following terms and conditions of this agreement.

TRAINING CONTRACT

You shall be accepted as a TRAINEE and shall maintain a “TRAINEE” status within the stipulated period in this Training
Agreement. This training shall be for a period of Ten (10) training days and will commence April 26, 2021 and shall terminate on
May 7, 2021. Upon satisfactorily passing the Training Program or in the event that you’re training period shall be extended for a
maximum period 10 days you will be endorsed to the Operations Manager for further training and qualification. You agree and
understand that your training period may be extended depending on your performance during the training period.

During the said period, the Company shall regularly evaluate your performance and reserves the right to terminate your training at
any given time should you fail to meet the minimum training standards or may extend this agreement as deemed necessary. You
hereby acknowledge that during this training period of ten (10) training days (or more in the event of training extension), you are
not considered, in any manner whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, an employee of Techcel Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., and
that nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to create or establish an employer-employee relationship between yourself and
Techcel Global Solutions, Inc.

During the training period or upon successful completion of the training program, the company has the sole discretion to offer you
either a Probationary or Regular employment, whichever is found applicable and reasonable based on the performance
evaluation and recommendation of your immediate head.

The company undertakes to provide you with training allowance for the actual days present for training. In the event that you are
not able to complete your training due to reasons entirely or solely caused by you, then the Company shall not be liable for any
allowance due you or unearned accrued balance of your remaining training period. This means that you will not be entitled to the
training allowance if you do not complete the training either because of withdrawal or termination from the program due to
absences / severe tardiness, performance or any other causes attributable to you. This includes passing the training but not
signing the job offer sheet.

The Trainee shall not, either during his or her training period or in period of (6) six months following the termination of his or her
training period for any reason including voluntary discontinuance of training, directly or indirectly contact or solicit any customer of
the Company or its affiliates with whom he or she has dealt with during the training period prior to his or her termination, for the
purpose of offering those customers any products or services sold by the Company or any of its affiliates at the time of the
trainee’s termination.

You hereby hold Techcel Global Solutions, Inc., free and harmless from any and all that may arise out of or as a result of your
training with Techcel Global Solutions, Inc.

CONTINGENCY OF TRAINING

Your TRAINEE STATUS shall be contingent to the following:

1. Completion of all training assessment, test, and physical examinations;


2. Non-violation of the Company Rules and Regulations;
3. Satisfactory performance evaluation result;
4. Non-Commission of any violation of the existing Philippine Laws; and
5. Non-commission of any criminal acts or omissions against the Company, officers, managers, representatives and
agents.

TRAINING ALLOWANCE

1. The training allowance for Ten (10) training days: Php500.00 per day.

2. Training Allowance shall be treated with full confidentiality. It is expected that you shall not discuss or disclose your
Training allowance with any other member of the organization aside from the management and/ or the Human Resource
Manager.

CODE OF CONDUCT

1. All trainees are expected to fully devote their time and attention with the highest level of professionalism during their
training period with the Company.
2. It shall be the responsibility of every trainee to commit the assigned schedules and to perform all tasks in an ethical
manner to its highest degree and to adhere to all the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
3. All existing as well as future rules and regulations of the Company are hereby deemed incorporated with this agreement.
The trainee recognizes that, by signing this Agreement, he/she shall be bound by all work rules and standards of
conduct outlined in the Company’s employee Manual as part of his/her training.

You are now joining Techcel Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., at a very exciting time. We welcome you to our Company and we’re
confident that your training period will prove to be challenging and mutually rewarding.

TRAINEE DECLARATION:

I have read and understood the contents of this contract and will act accordingly with these policies and procedures. I fully
understand that if I have questions or concerns at any time about the agreement signed or the Code of Conduct, I will consult my
trainer, my trainer’s manager and the Human Resource Staff in charge of training for clarification.

I hereby certify that I fully understand the policies concerning this contract, including but not limited to the training agreement
policies, training allowance and up to the expectations upon signing of the probationary contract if awarded such. This further
certifies that the said pertinent details of my engagement with Techcel Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. were clearly and fully
discussed to me by the representative of HUMAN RESOURCES whose signature appears below.
