CRS950 Operation instructions

1.1 Overview
CRS950 software by using the PC keyboard, mouse or touch screen to operate.

1.1.1 The main interface

1、Display system common rail pressure, 0-200MPA, accurate to one decimal point;;
2、Display motor speed,0-3000RPM;
3、System status bar, the row of icons are the "motor", "Run", "HEAT", "Power”,"count"
    The following line are "manual / automatic", "serial", "protect", "SAFE","Flag";
4 、 Diesel fuel tank temperature display bar, 0-99 degrees Current of ZME and temperature
control switch;
5、Injector test conditions selection, including "clean injector", "leak test", "VL test", "idle test",
"pre-jet test", "mid speed test";
6、Injector model selection, including injector manufacturers and models show;
7、Injector test parameter settings, you can set the standard fuel injection, fuel return and the
corresponding deviation,
"Auto" is checked, click start, it will automatically test each condition;
8、The amount of oil status display area;
9、Menu buttons,Left arrow is the last step, the right arrow is the next step;

1.1.2 System menu bar


After the mouse or touch click the corresponding entry in the menu bar,the following menu will
pop up,Then choose the desired menu features list:
Language Chinese To change the language for Chinese
English To change the language for english
Russian To change the language for Russian
After enter the correct password, You can gain

1.2 Basic Operations

1.2.1 Injector Test


A、First switch to injector test the main interface, as shown below:

B、Then select injector model,If there is no database you can create a data model ,After click

the button has the dialog box pops up,Enter injector type or drag the slider to select。

Input injector model will display the matching injector model。


If you want to add a new injector data,press the button on the main interface,Or press F9

button on the keyboard to enter the injector editor interface. As shown below::

On this screen, you can add injector models , When you add a injector data , need selected
driving characteristics, the manufacturer, injector models, Drive characteristics can click on the drop-
down menu to select the option, after the completion of the input, point to add.
Add complete, in the fuel injector page each condition, fill in pulse width, rail pressure, standard
oil quantity, test deviation,Test time and other parameters, each change a condition, the need to
point a right corner of the save.

C、Selected test conditions, the injector test conditions and function in the following table:
condition function
CLEAR Custom injector pulse width and frequency, for cleaning the injector;
Leak Test Without opening the injector, the test the sealing characteristics of the injector,
Under normal circumstances, there is no fuel injection, only the oil return.

VL test Simulated car at high speed state.


VE test For the detection injector at low pulse width and high rail pressure open and
close ability ,can be measured by the injector opening time

LL test detection injector at low rail pressure open and close ability,Simulated car
idling runtime conditions。

TL test Simulated car mid speed driving condition.

D、Can set the pump, fuel rail type and motor rotation direction and various speed conditions,
also refer to the parameter settings;
E 、 Clicking the "Start" button or press F2 after verify that the system the oil, transmission,
electrical connection is normal;
F、After the rail pressure reaches the set value, and stability, the amount of oil began;
G、Depending on the current condition of the oil decision is next condition or repair after the first
test。

1.2.2 Common rail test


A、Frist then switch to common rail test the main interface, as shown below:

B 、 Then select the common rail pump model, If you do not have the required models in the
database, you can use a similar model or a new data to do the test. After the selection button,

the dialog box will pop up, enter the common rail pump type or drag the slider to choose.
Enter the common rail pump model will show the matching model of the common rail pump.
C、After confirmation system oil circuit, transmission, electrical connection is normal, click on the
"start" or press F2 button;;
D、After the rail pressure reaches the set value, and stable, will beginning of the amount of oil;
E、According to the current conditions of the oil decision is carried out under a condition test, or
to be repaired before testing.

1.2.3 Hydraulic pump test


A、Switch to the motor control interface, as shown:

B. Set speed, count the number of times, the control mode


C. Press "forward" or "reverse" button to start the motor
D. running can count test fuel, change the speed
1.2.4 EUI/EUP test
Switch to the EUI/EUP interface, as shown:

A 、 Select the EUI/EUP model, If you do not have the required models in the

database, you can use a similar model or a new data to do the test. After the selection button, the
dialog box will pop up, enter the EUI/EUP type or drag the slider to choose.
Input EUI/EUP model will show the matching model

B、Set the opening position, pulse width and speed;


C、After confirmation system oil circuit, transmission, electrical connection is normal, click on the
"Forward" or "reverse" start test;
D、After the speed reaches the set value, and stable, will beginning of the amount of oil;
E、According to the current conditions of the oil decision is carried out under a condition test, or
to be repaired before testing.

1.2.5 Parameter setting interface


Parameter setting interface as follows:

Includes: oil pump type, rail type and DRV type setting, temperature setting , Injector various
conditions speed, injection frequency, DRV opening degree, and measurement precision setting.
Pump and rail pressure sensor parameter settings need to use the "super user", click on the system
menu: Users - super user, the following interface pops up, enter the password "123456".

1、Temperature settings:

Set temperature value, when the temperature of the diesel fuel tank out of the setting range,
automatically open cooling or heating means。
2、Accuracy select
Accuracy:Five points:-2,-1,0,1,2;
+2、All tests have failed injector
+1、Reduced tolerance
0、Real accuracy
-1、Increased tolerance;
-2、All tests passed;
3、DRV Type: OPEN normally open type,
               CLOSE normally closed
                Unused not use DRV
4, if the rail pressure is stable, speed is generally no need to change;
5, injection frequency is generally no need to change;
6, valve current: When using DRV, adjust the degree of opening of ZME,
               Normally open type ZME, 0% of the maximum opening,
normally closed ZME, 100% of the maximum opening,
7, EUI settings: edit EUI/EUP type and parameters;
8, the injector settings: Editing common rail injector models and parameters;
9, the pump settings: edit Common Rail pump model and parameters;
