ANALOG TIMER TESTING & TIMING PROCEDURE

Testing Procedure for CAMSCO/ORBIS Analog Timer:


1. Select the Selector Switch to “H” for Hand/Manual.
The Magnetic Contactor will turn on/energized.
2. Select the Selector Switch to “O” for Off Position.
The Magnetic Contactor will turn off/de-energized.
The Timer will stay energized.
3. Select the Selector Switch to “A” for Auto Position.
The Magnetic Contactor will turn on/energized depending on the time that it
has been set.
Timing Procedure for CAMSCO/ORBIS Analog Timer:
Day 1:

Step 1: Set the Analog Timer to 18:00 (On) and 6:00 (Off)
Step 2: Set the Present Time (Ex: 16:00 for 4pm)
Note: Keep the timer energized and select the Selector Switch to “A” for Auto
Operation.
Step 3: Wait for 18:00 (6pm)
The Magnetic Contactor will automatically turn on/energized.
Note: For the Advance Timers:
- Rotate the dial clockwise until it reaches the 18:00 (6pm) again
- Set it within 6:00pm to 6:01pm.
For the Delayed Timers:
- Gently rotated the dial to 18:00 (6pm) until it energizes the magnetic
contactors.

Day 2:

Repeat Timing procedure Step 3.

Note: Defective Timers


- If the timers are late for a few hours, it is considered as “defective”
