Requirements:

Natural Growth (Growth cannot be predicated on approval, if growth

requires stamping that is fine, but having the prerequisites for growth
processes accessible is a need, alongside guidelines on how the
processes can be subverted.)
Neutral interconnectedness, giving each element of the rhizome the
freedom not only to interconnect, but also to not interconnect with
other aspects of the rhizome.
Nuanced and particular care when it comes to moderating each
element.
Decentred and Localized power structure, power for a given part of the
network, does not empower one in another part. Have a unifying
mechanism to bring the moderation constellation into line.
Have a goal of creating mythologies, structures and literatures for
minor and major functions which are uniquely nuanced to any given
 element or interconnection of the network.

Tall Poppies and Cultivation of

acknowledge that this server will have a vegan bias

- don't subordinate other desired properties of the server to the vegan

bias - universal liberation is the ends, not just animal liberation.
develop mechanism to amplify less common discourse.

- have tools to prevent bias and promote engagement for the

conversations which are marginalized despite the servers progressive
goals.

- Bot function to encourage discourse in a generic space? Automated

paper posting in generic spaces from the least active sections? Debate
prompts?
Have a dualism of active discourse (pro-debate, conflict permitted)
space and a community/networking space (non-debate pro-solidarity
space.)

Akin to the dualism of discourse/solidarity, an additional dualism of
minor literature and major literature.

the genus, or tool of categorization the subject matter that arises both
of that which is initially structurally supported, and that which
differentiates itself and becomes identified.

parcel which can be strategically injected into particular discourse to
demonstrate the importance of activist pluralism.

type of solidarity that the system encourages.

- How to inform users of this can be the overt systematization of book-

club and workshop like functions within the system and having a
systemic bias to pluralism.
