The Bureau of Learning Delivery-Teaching ald Learning Division (BLD-TLD) will conduct the second
phase of the Training of TW Teachers in Trainers Methodolory I (TM I). The activity is intended to
be conducted in July-August 2022.

The activity aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, positive attitude alld work values ofthe trainer
in accorda.nce with the prevailing standards in the Technical alrd Vocationa.l Education and
Training (TVET) sector. This encompasses competencies required ofa Technical- Vocational Trainer
to perform the tasks in the areas of session planning, instructional delivery/facilitation, competency
assessment, alld maintenance of training resources/facilities.

In line with this, all regional focal persons are requested to facilitate in getting prospective
participants from various strands in TVL i.e., Agri-Fishery Arts (AFA), Home Economics (HE),
Industrial Arts (IA), Information and Communications Technolory (iCT), and Maritime. Also,
consider the following in coming up with the participants for the training:

(1) priorit5r subject offerings of the region;

12) TVL teachers teaching the subject without Trainers Methodolory Certificate; and
(3) TVL teachers should at least have NC2 in their specifrc field.
