This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 559, s. 2004, titled Declaring the month of February of Every Year as National Dental Health Month. ‘The theme for this year’s celebration is “Brushing is a Must, kahit naka- Mask,” to strengthen awareness and reiterate the importance of good oral hygiene habits by reaching out to all Filipinos to keep their teeth, gums and entire mouth healthy. The dentists and other school health personnel in the regions and schools’ divisions shall take the lead in the following activities related to the national celebration: 1. Utilization of tele-dentistry for home-based consultation and oral health promotion. 2. Preventive Oral Health Services and Interventions through the following: a. Distribution of hygiene supplies to learners. b.
