INVESTMENT LTD, On the loan paid out to me and I undertake to abide by this agreement and
hereby agree that the loan shall be paid by me in order to ensure the continuity of the loan
scheme for the benefit of others.
 Failure to pay on due date shall attract a penalty of 5% of the principle amount per day. I also
understand that evasion of this loan will lead LEGACY INVESTMENT LTD confiscating ANY of my
property that is worth the loan amount.
