SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MA. AVENTINA P. BALLON, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Baras, Palo, Leyte,
Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, EVANGELINE AYA-AY, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of Brgy. San Jose, Tacloban City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts to wit:

1. To represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Campetic Palo, Leyte in connection with
application for Tax Identification Number (TIN) of my deceased mother JOAQUINITA ARCENA PALO,
who died last January 2, 2022;

2. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the processing of the TIN of my deceased mother JOAQUINITA
ARCENA PALO;

3. To make, sign, execute and deliver and receive for and in my behalf, any and all documents which may be
necessary for the processing of TIN of my deceased mother JOAQUINITA ARCENA PALO;

4. And to generally do and perform all and every act which may be requisite, necessary or proper to carry out
the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in Fact full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
