Performance issue
Kindly check the warranty status of the laptop using the below link and choose the vendor
specific link.

1. If laptop is out of warranty, kindly update the ticket as out of warranty asset.
2. If laptop is within warranty, proceed with next step.
3. Check the RAM size of your asset->Navigate to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\
System
4. If the RAM size is 4 GB, raise RAMS request to increase the RAM size to 8GB.
5. If RAM size is >4GB, please follow the below steps to optimize your PC:
6. Open Cisco Any connect VPN client Software from the start menu. Connect to cognizant
RAVPN if you already have access, else type
